Kari beal was very friendly she has always been one to make my experience here at this location a pleasent ine , in a world where cutomer service and a simple smile isent the norm she is a breath of fresh air , the crew aways makes delicious food and the location is prestine! , Today i also got the pleasure of meeting the operations manager Neomi , Corpreate !!! At the location? Right on a hands on approach, It was heart warming seeing Neomi say good bye to every crew member personality, Jesus is coming soon and he will find a few of his choosen onrs here !! Missing a double cheeseburger in my order and my 5 piece chicken tenders were very small and one super over cooked. Only one of the tenders were a good size and cooked good.

This is my favorite Carl's Jr.'s location. Everyone greets you with a smile as you walk in. I give props to the manager, Kari Beal, for keeping this place clean and training her team right!

Slow, expensive, district manager and store manager in store running around like chickens with their head cut off. The problem is management clearly not motivating/supporting their crew well enough.

Randee was very rude. She forgot one of our fries and when called back about it was very rude and hung up on me in the middle of talking and screaming at me about it that she’ll just remake it and to pick it up. She was even rude while taking our order. We love carls but the service has sucked on graveyard shift lately. Food service should hire more people who want to work instead of people that hate their jobs. Don’t believe me? Called at 12:51 am on 3/18/24 Check cameras on how rude she was.

They only gave me half full fries and the soda tasted like seltzer water. I spent over 60 dollars on 5 combos. All of them were like that. I called the shift leader and she was very rude. The night shift manager.

Even though they were busy and it looked like they didn't have enough people but they made it through and they were smiling the whole time and making you feel welcome That's the kind of service that you'd like Nice respectful And that's a place to visit and have lunch or dinner

I usually end up going there when it's like 3am and there is always this girl working with the smallest little voice. Well she is amazing. Always great service and the is always pretty dam good. The fact that they are 24/7 makes them the obvious choice for the times I have to eat super late. Establishment is always clean.
