“I went to UNKL AL's after talking to Richard on a problem with Catalina power chair I was having. I brought the power chair in Monday AM and was called following day with repair needed. To bad for chair a complete Jot stick controller was needed and no parts internally are made for this and you would have to buy a complete unit very expensive or see if I can find a used working one. I picked up the chair and was only charged 1/2 of money for check out time. I would go to them again. A real biggie with me is the lady who answers the phone there is a real sweetheart.”

“This man and his wife are the nicest couple. My grandparents motorhome had been stored in a Bullhead City storage facility, and someone stole the catalytic converters from all the rv's there. They live in California and werent going to be able to get to Arizona for awhile. Rich went out to the storage place for them and diagnosed the job, took photos and everything and then called us with a very reasonable quote. His wife arranged an appointment with them that made things so much easier. They were very attentive to their needs and I appreciated that so much. They proved trustworthy and caring, and they did the most wonderful job. “I walked in without an appointment. The lady at the desk was great. I was told I could get an oil change and even mobile one right away. They do the check of a number of items on the car. They found and showed me that my rear brakes were shot. They quoted a reasonable price and said they could do it right away. They finished all the work while I waited. The mechanic came out said he was gonna take it for a short little test drive and everything was great. Everyone there was very nice and I was extremely happy.”

“I needed a new heater core, called around and when I spoke with John I got a good feeling -- he asked a few questions to confirm my diagnosis, didn't make me feel dumb, had a very reasonable quote -- got me in quickly and called me back to ask about a few other issues and saved me a ton on labor by fixing what was exposed without having to repeatedly tear into it. You might think, oh, they got him, but no, this was all reasonable stuff I'd been neglecting and the prices were right. I had a weird electrical issue after picking the car up, and this is where John and the team showed they really do stand behind their work, the issue wasn't able to be reproduced and seems to have cleared up, I'm guessing some moisture got into a connection, but I'm almost glad it happened because they dealt with it as professionally as you could hope for. I will not hesitate to take my vehicles into this shop and highly recommended you do as well”
