Everybody on the store is very welcoming. They were quick to get my problem solved, especially since I needed to be out of there in a timely manner due to prior engagements. I strongly recommend going in.

He was very fast and prompt as soon as I walked in. The other employees also greeted me. I don't go in the store much but that was the first thing I noticed. They all had very good customer service skills! All the other employees were helping customers and the employee that was helping me was very knowledgeable and polite. He was ready to help me. Thank you!

The employees at this Walmart are much nicer than at the Fort Mohave Walmart especially the employees that work the customer service/returns desk. More helpful and understanding

My husband and I were having issues with our phone a while back. We went into the AT&T store and there was a heavy set woman in there that just couldn't be bothered with us. I asked a question she answered it jumped up out of her chair and said thank you for coming in. I said I'm not done I still have a couple of questions she sent back down and let out a big breath like she was just being bothered and said what else can I help you with. I haven't been back. I still have AT&T for the moment. As soon as I get my phone paid off I will be switching to someone else. Maybe I can get better service there. We went to the AT&T by Walmart in Bullhead City, Arizona

Just visited your store today and had a great experience. They were very friendly and helpful and thanks to AT&T I’m gonna save about $50 a month versus what I was paying for through Verizon. I give them two thumbs up.

No one in the store and the guy who helped me was smart. But you should start working on your towers so we can get better connection coverage. If not I'll have to go to Verizon.

Long waits, rude associates if you're not coming in the store to make a purchase but need assistance with technical issues on your phone. I have insurance & this young man tried to steer me towards a computer shop instead of directing me to tech support or filing an insurance claim to resolve my problem! He had minimal knowledge about the functionality of my phone & said that he wasn't technical help. I suggested that if they didn't want to help people to post a sign on the door & I would have never entered it, period!! My problem is not fixed after almost an hour on the phone with technical support b/c they want me to completely reset & I dont feel confident about keeping my information yet!

The Store Manager is amazing! Working in a store with no A/C and it is completely unbeatable in there. Whoever Meline is needs to come in and work for 3 minutes and then close it down if she has half a brain. No one wants to be in there with a temperature of 105. No worker should be in there if you yourself as a District Manager would not work. That is just unfortunate for the customers and sad for the workers! But can’t thank Tyler enough! Thank you for being there to support us. Sorry for your horrible work conditions.
