Stood to check in for 10-15 mins. The bank was completely empty. Eventually a female came out to tell me she couldn’t help me because she had an appointment in 30 mins and for me to go online and set up an appointment.

They only have 1 ATM and when the bank is closed with all the new people moving here it’s not very convenient.

I stteped in yesterday because I had lost my wallet with my debit, businesz and credit cards, Hannah helped me cancel the cards, order new cards, set up google pay, withdraw cash, everything in a few minutes, that would have taken me hours on the phone. I'd really would like to praise this young teller fir her patience, help and understanding and wish her the best in her job. Thanks!!!

Walked in at 11:15 and sat down. Cintia advised us that we needed an appointment or to check in and she would see us if her appointment didn’t show. I asked when was her appointment and she said 11:30 so I asked how long does she give before canceling a no show and she said she would have to call the person to see if they were coming. Cintia sat at her desk doing nothing till 11:33 then she came to us and nicely said that there’s still three people ahead of us waiting for no shows yet there was only one person waiting with us in the waiting room, Cintia then went to the back cubicle and got on the phone. We decided to leave at 11:50. Here’s my issue, 30 minutes went by and she didn’t help one customer.

I took my son to Watson Wells Fargo branch and was helped by Cintia Melendez she is best in making sure that my son understands everything and everything about the bank account and taking her time and showing him what to expect I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with debt

Well to put it simply the waiting process is a lie and management tells their workers to lie to you. If you have the weeks to make an appointment you may get seen, but if you get on the waitlist nothing will happen. They will ask you to sign in on the waitlist but it is an outright lie. After waiting two hours an employee informed me of the lie and how management makes them tell the lie. I would never get seen nor would anyone on the waitlist.

Went into the Watson Branch to make a change to checking account. one person in waiting room. I saw the app to make an appointment so I logged in and clicked get into line. It told me I was first in line..this made me nervous because there was already a lady there, after about 20 minutes an elderly couple came in and the lady proceeded to the back and talked to an agent. He told her to wait as he had a appointment at 10:30..it was 10:20. there were two agents in the back (chatting it up) and no customers with them. 10 minutes later another couple came in and sat down in the waiting room. the guy from the front came up and got the lady that had been waiting in front of us..so much for the App and the your 1st in line message. another 10 minutes and an agent come from the back and walks up and starts asking the last folks to sit down what she could do for them. OK..then the guy comes from the back and gets the older couple. Now I was doing this on a lunch break and already late. I asked the lady about the App and she blew me off and started explaining to me I could change the account on line..really..We had to add a person to the account..no can do on line. I have never had a customer service person so dismissive of my needs. So we were all alone in the wait room again, So I walked out to get back to work..there is an hour I'll never get back...Time to find a bank that does customer service..and does not have "a get in line" for no reason app...

Drive thru ATM is a joke! Most of the time it's not working and sometimes it won't even give you your withdrawal, but it'll show that you did on your account balance! Told the clerks inside and they told me to call customer service. I did and now I had to file a claim and wait up to 10 days for my refund!

DO NOT USE THE ATM MACHINES!I was robbed $600 by the atm machine inside the branch. It is faulty and when you submit a claim, they will deny it because they do not investigate further than what the faulty machine registers.I deposited $3,800 (my mistake since afterI deposited it, I read on the machine that it only accepts 30 bills at a time). The machine started counting and finalized the deposit in the amount of $2,800. I obviously cancelled the transaction since that’s 1k less than what I deposited. The machine gave me back $3,200 and I had to rip them out since they were scrunched up and the machine was whirring as if bills were stuck in there. I immediately called to open a claim and It was denied. They keep telling me the machine registered a $2,800 cancelled transaction. How do they explain that the machine returned me $3,200? They don’t do a thorough investigation. How are banks not held accountable for robbery? They have cámaras, microphones, and still cannot do the right thing.

So disappointed. I came in with some paperwork that needed to be signed/notarized and wait for about an hour and half. The only person that was able to help me was assisting a client, he continued to have an irrelevant conversation for over an hour (I was not eavesdropping, he was very loud). It was convenient to come to this WF since it's near my home but unfortunately their customer service is not great.

I requested a notary as well & opening up an account. Brenda and her counterpart spoke very .condescending to me . I provided the document to open up an account that was requested it .I was further interrogated on what my address is where in the past lived. I provided one then she requested more ultimately I decided that this was not the type of people that I would like to do business with on a daily in decline to move any further with opening up an account. Is very unprofessional Thanks Brenda Rodriguez for showing your true colors!!!
