Called the automotive center around 830 am to reschedule my appointment to get some tires that I bought from Walmart and the gentleman on the phone said can you call back at 10 I am busy right now. I guess my appointment didn’t matter because he was too busy to schedule the appointment. I don’t think I will be going to Walmart anytime soon for anything. That is horrible customer service.

If a review has any more stars than 1, they must shop earlier in the day. Starting a hour ahead of close, they get on the intercom and every 5 minutes tell you to how long until they close. Then, when it's 5 minutes till 11, they get on the intercom and tell everyone that if your not to the front by 11, then you will have to leave and return the following morning because they literally stand at the end of the self check out line and tell you to leave your cart and leave the building, you're too late. The other night, we were at the front at 10:55 pm and they had closed all but two of the self changed checkouts and there was a line 20 deep.Tonight we got to Walmart 5 min before close as we just needed to grab something right by the registers. The disgruntled employee at the door stood in the doorway and told me we were not allowed in and they are closed. I said "you're open for another five minutes and I have to grab something right there and that's it." and he said it doesn't matter, Walmart requires he not let anyone in after 10:55. I highly doubt that's the case, it's hard to believe that Walmart would ever turn away a sale.I'm done with Walmart, and it's this locations fault. Just canceled my Walmart plus membership too. I'm sick of it.

Great variety of things. Only downside is the curbside pickup area. It can be confusing if you’ve never been. Was there and parked in a shaded spot but was asked to move to another that was almost on the other side of the building even though there was plenty of empty spots around me.

Walmart Automotive service department is TERRIBLE! Starts from the time you enter, get the feeling like you're disturbing them and you as a customer doesn't matter. For both my vehicles I had replaced all 4 tires, was told to order on line, easy to set appointment, said if I get the lifetime rotation, balance and road hazard, will set tpms sensors for each (NEVER DID ON BOTH),includes lifetime balance & rotation every 5k miles, covers all road hazards, flat repairs and replacement, sounded, right? BUT... just try and use service, they NEVER seem to have time, too busy, not taking any more walk-ins (yes, can set appointment to get tires but need anything else you can't set appointment, it's walk in only! Back story, the auto service department is advertised to be open Monday - Sunday 7a - 7p... First time (after both car with full sets of tires) went to get oil change at 3:11p on a Saturday was told too busy, can't do, try again, tried Sunday at 2:35p too busy can't do. Finally on 3rd and last attempt they said it would be close to closing but will do their best (still had almost 3 hours before closing). This last experience was yesterday, went to leave to meet wife at church and tire was flat, noticed a nail in tread, I pumped up as best I could then went to use my road hazard I paid for. Arrived at service department at 3:45p and was told they can't do as they have 4 tires to install and once done all but 2 techs are leaving at 4pm. I asked if those two techs don't know how to fix a flat and was told yes but have to be two techs in service area and one tech is new and not certified. Will have 2 techs but was told can't do as no one will be allowed in shop area. I had no choice so when I asked for a Manager the tech that was staying heard me while walking out to the service area turned, looked at me, kicked the door stop holding the door open and slammed it shut behind him. Several employees at desk area NEVER apologized for what happened and once again seemed like I was an outcast. When I asked for a Manager they said one was coming, the manager that arrived was a Coach Collette and really didn't try to figure out what was happening, investigate for herself as she just repeated they all are leaving at 4pm and she can't ask anyone to stay cuz they probably wouldn't anyway. I noticed she probably wasn't train fully so I asked which manager was on duty and was told the store manager Chad was, I asked to speak with him and was told I couldn't, he was in a meeting. I asked to please notify him that there is an upset customer with an issue, was told they wouldn't disturb him and I told them I would wait, which I did for almost 45 minutes, in that time I called Walmart Corporate Customer relations and filed a complaint, was told I would be getting a call back from the manager but as of this posting, still NO call. So all can notice with the length of this review I wanted to share to others was NOT just once (there are 2 more but won't allow review to be that long) so hopefully others won't have to deal as I had to. Good luck...

Finally on 3rd and last attempt they said it would be close to closing but will do their best (still had almost 3 hours before closing). Next was when I tried to use balance & rotation that was part of the PKG, once again was turned away at 3p cuz they didn't have time had to try again the next day after work arrived at 4:40 pm. Was told can't do as they are too busy, this time I asked what jobs they had and after hearing I asked to speak to a Manager, no manager ever showed but they reluctantly checked me in but said will try to get done by closing but didn't look good. I went for a walk to clear my head after all that then received a call at 5:45p and car was done. Arrived back at 6pm and not a car in any service bay and all just hanging around talking. Was handed my keys and was told oh by the way we broke a cover on the lug nut but never said they were replacing it or anything. After leaving I noticed they forgot to put on one of the center hubs, went back and was told they have a whole box of them, described what kind and came back with mine. Also when I had asked to speak to a Manager that I mentioned, a customer walked in needing 4 tires and he was turned away saying he needed to make an appointment, he tried telling them that he was going out of town and needed them badly, but still turned down a sale and a customer when clearly they could have helped him. My last experience was yesterday, went to leave to meet wife at church and tire was flat, noticed a nail in tread, I pumped up as best I could then went to use my road hazard I paid for. Be careful when placing pick up orders here. I was less than a day late to pick it up and they cancelled my order. Even though when you check out it says they will hold your order for 4 days. Have fun getting your money back. It takes 10 business days for them to drop the charges from your account. So now I am out a bunch of money waiting for them to refund my order. Insane.

Need to be open 24hrs and do stocking during slow times not middle of the day when its busy. And what happened to the small carts and hand baskets? Not everyone needs a full cart or hundreds of dollars of purchases. Some only need a few items and having a small cart or basket would be nice so things arent getting dropped while trying to get to the always full self-serve checkouts.

I'm forever gonna wonder why it takes 5 employees to point at what register is open. While they sit and chat with each other and I can separate those darn plastic bags. Someone please ask them to do that. If not, just open the scan lanes.

The store is clean and easy to find things. I wish there were more cashiers instead of selfcheck out. It is so difficult to scan and bag while holding a baby.

This store never stays stocked. You have to shop at 2 different stores if you shop at this store, not sometimes all the time. You walk down isles and listen to frustrated people complain. I live by this walmart but I have to drive 20 miles to a different walmart to get everything on my list. DO BETTER.
