This place is the worst me and my wife have placed three different orders for delivery and all of them have got delivered to different places and then on top of that trying to talk to them. None of them speak English only Spanish and then on top of that since they delivered it to the wrong apartment or house, the refund doesn’t come back until 10 business days so so much for trying to have groceries in your house to feed your family. This Walmart needs to be closed down employees are on drugs facilities is always dirty. Customer service is always trash. If you do not like your job just don’t work there. There are thousands of jobs here in Arizona and then, if you try to get a hold of a certain department, nobody picks up

Plan accordingly, order pickup is slooooow👀🥴.
This is the 3rd time we order pickup from Walmart and I have not left a prior review until now as this is the 3rd time with the same result.
We placed a one item order and did the check-in in the app as requested. Well 30 mins later, nothing. I finally asked a worker and she quickly took over and said she would take care of it. This was the only positive from this experience, any other place we do order pickup it's much faster. Idk that is even worth it to do this from Walmart anymore, however I do want to thank and acknowledge Rory for being approachable and taking ownership of the situation helping us to finally pickup the one item we bought. Thanks Rory and as for Walmart, a lot of work must be done to make this an acceptable timeline.

The lady at the door in the Home & Pharmacy exit door needs to take a chill pill! She was checking a receipt on a guy, and stopped and turned toward me to check mine. That was i.plying I look like a their. Legally a customers receipt does not have to be checked. This was at 12 noon, on 1 March 2025. She needs coached. Not EVERY customers receipts needs checked.

This market is crap. Prices are different from the labels and at the checkout. I bought a cell phone SIM and more credit. 60 dollars. It didn't wor. They don't give my money back.

There is a man that works at the pharmacy (really nice) however, not only does he look like he just rolled out of bed and went to work he doesn't wear pharmacy uniform. His chest is exposed, & clothing is not appropriate for behind the counter. Diversity is one thing but, proper professional work attire needs to be worn.
