Went to return some drink mix unopened. I gave the guy a compliment on how well he was doing on his own. He then pretended to scan my boxes, the register said please scan upc. He asked if I had my receipt or card I paid with. I said no He said I can't refund but you could exchange for same thing. What a jerk. Store policy says no receipt needed. What is up with this

Walmart Automotive service department is TERRIBLE! Starts from the time you enter, get the feeling like you're disturbing them and you as a customer doesn't matter. For both my vehicles I had replaced all 4 tires, was told to order on line, easy to set appointment, said if I get the lifetime rotation, balance and road hazard, will set tmps sensors for each, includes lifetime balance & rotation every 5k miles, covers all road hazards, flat repairs and replacement, sounded, right? BUT... just try and use service, they NEVER seem to have time, too busy, not taking any more walk-ins (yes, can set appointment to get tires but need anything else you can't set appointment, it's walk in only! Back story, the auto service department is advertised to be open Monday - Sunday 7a - 7p... First time (after both car with full sets of tires) went to get oil change at 3:11p on a Saturday was told too busy, can't do, try again, tried Sunday at 2:35p too busy can't do. Finally on 3rd and last attempt they said it would be close to closing but will do their best (still had almost 3 hours before closing). Next was when I tried to use balance & rotation that was part of the PKG, once again was turned away at 3p cuz they didn't have time had to try again the next day after work arrived at 4:40 pm. Was told can't do as they are too busy, this time I asked what jobs they had and after hearing I asked to speak to a Manager, no manager ever showed but they reluctantly checked me in but said will try to get done by closing but didn't look good. I went for a walk to clear my head after all that then received a call at 5:45p and car was done. Arrived back at 6pm and not a car in any service bay and all just hanging around talking. Was handed my keys and was told oh by the way we broke a cover on the lug nut but never said they were replacing it or anything. After leaving I noticed they forgot to put on one of the center hubs, went back and was told they have a whole box of them, described what kind and came back with mine. Also when I had asked to speak to a Manager that I mentioned, a customer walked in needing 4 tires and he was turned away saying he needed to make an appointment, he tried telling them that he was going out of town and needed them badly, but still turned down a sale and a customer when clearly they could have helped him. My last experience was yesterday, went to leave to meet wife at church and tire was flat, noticed a nail in tread, I pumped up as best I could then went to use my road hazard I paid for. Arrived at service department at 3:45p and was told they can't do as they have 4 tires to install and once done all but 2 techs are leaving at 4pm. I asked if those two techs don't know how to fix a flat and was told yes but have to be two techs in service area and one tech is new and not certified. Will have 2 techs but was told can't do as no one will be allowed in shop area. I had no choice so when I asked for a Manager the tech that was staying heard me while walking out to the service area turned, looked at me, kicked the door stop holding the door open and slammed it shut behind him. Several employees at desk area NEVER apologized for what happened and once again seemed like I was an outcast. When I asked for a Manager they said one was coming, the manager that arrived was a Coach Collette and really didn't try to figure out what was happening, investigate for her self as she just repeated they all are leaving at 4pm and she can't ask anyone to stay cuz they probably wouldn't anyway. I noticed she probably wasn't train fully so I asked which manager was on duty and was told the store manager Chad was, I asked to speak with him and was told I couldn't, he was in a meeting. I asked to please notify him that there is an upset customer with an issue, was told they wouldn't disturb him and I told them I would wait, which I did for almost 45 minutes, in that time I called Walmart Corporate Customer relations and filed a complaint, was t

Update. Store has gotten much better with stocking. Store is generally clean for as busy as it gets. Compliments to the custodial employees. It can't be easy.

We have sat in the curbside pick up for the past 35 minutes every other car has came and gone but they have completely skipped us. It's freakin ridiculous these workers haven't and won't even stop to talk to us!

It sucks how bad this Walmart has gotten. It used to be my go too & now I'd rather go to Fry's. A lot of the produce goes bad within days. There are crazy lines as well. Just a bad experience. The past few trips to Walmart.

The guy in the front checking the recipes is a racism rude guy! He stopped me take my cart and keep it making me look in front of everybody as a thief because I didn't find the recipe he yelled at me and called a manager when I asked him about the rest of the people walking with no recipe he told they are fine...just because he decide it...I called corporate and nothing happens

Grocery pick up department is a joke. I use Walmart grocery pickup all over the US and this location is hands down the worst. Extremely unorganized The process is simple or at least it should be lol They constantly forget your items. You set a pick up window only to sit and wait literally for hours regardless of the time you set. The employees are just lazy and careless I could go on and on but no point Just avoid this location

My experiences with Walmart pickup were good but recently in the past month it's been really bad. Delayed orders, no attempts at service recovery just "there's nothing we can do," "why don't you come back to pick it up tomorrow," "what do you mean?" When asked can I speak to a supervisor about this. I wish I could put a face palm emoji. I'm a reasonable person but abysmal is a good word for my experience and how it made me feel as a customer.

I ordered for online grocery pick up and I live in Arizona. It sent my groceries to Texas. They basically told me that oh yeah that happens sometimes and that they can't fix it I had to call to cancel and they were telling me that there are some items that cannot be canceled so I had to call another place. I obviously needed groceries and they told me I won't get my money back until 48 hours. Hmmm so I just have to not feed my family for 2 days because a mistake on their end. No apologies were given until I said no one has even apologized. (The people at Walmart handling the groceries were nice. It was the people moving forward). I don't like to go into Walmart because of the crowds and I have pretty severe anxiety. I will never order through them again. Frys offers more discounts and have never screwed up an order. Do not do online grocery pick up through Walmart!! Not everyone has money to go shopping especially after spending their grocery money for the week. Now I have to wait 2 days.

Curbside pickup process SUCKS. The app doesn't work and when I called the store to schedule my pick up the phone rang for 10 minutes so I hug up. So I cancelled my order. Worst customer service ever.

I have to give 5 stars because it was 100% better than going to the Walmart on Estrella in Goodyear. It was clean, individuals stocking were considerate and had their items out of the way. The cashiers were really nice and helpful. I don't shop here just stopped by on our way home. We drive to Surprise to go to Winco. Shelves are stocked ( they stock at night so they are not in your way). They don't have employees shopping on the floor (should be using items from the back). I bag my own groceries but the bags are better. Can't wait until next year when they open their new store in Goodyear!!!
