Walgreens offers a range of services including prescription refills, health and beauty products, and photo printing. The pharmacy has convenient hours, open Monday through Saturday from early morning to evening, and on Sundays. Customers appreciate the helpfulness of drive-thru staff, who answer questions and prepare prescriptions efficiently, making it convenient especially for elderly and disabled customers. However, experiences with in-store staff vary. Some customers find the photo department unhelpful or unfriendly, with issues like cropped photos or confusion over email delivery, which can lead to frustration. There are also concerns about staff attitude, with one reviewer mentioning a manager who was perceived as unfriendly and dismissive, and issues with product presentation, such as products on shelves that look sticky or broken. Despite these complaints, many customers highlight the helpfulness and friendliness of employees, noting that they keep coming back because of good customer service. Wait times for prescriptions are generally reasonable, especially when using the drive-thru, though some feel that expectations for faster service are unrealistic given the nature of medical needs. On certain days, customers mention that the store operates smoothly and they leave satisfied, even if Walgreens isn't their favorite place overall. Overall, Walgreens is a place where customers can refill prescriptions, shop for health and beauty items, and print photos, with mixed reviews about service quality and staff attitude but consistent convenience.
This pharmacy never answers the phone. And when you go in to the store, there are at least 5 people standing there not being helped.
