I have recurring prescriptions that get filled at this pharmacy, and have never had a problem with getting my medications, either through the drive through or in store. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful in all departments. When the store check out line gets busy, a second cashier gets called to open another register. I have had no problems with this store or any of their employees.

Photo manager extremely rude and customer service is absolutely pathetic, unprofessional, and very sad to say. I will be doing my shopping elsewhere

They make you wait on hold for the pharmacy anywhere from 30 to 40 min it's ridiculous

Cashiers need more training or know what to do during system malfunctions.
Kim at the Walgreens on Southern and Miller Rd in Buckeye AZ, treated me poorly after the system malfunctioned and couldn’t find my number even after asking to go through my phone “to try to better assist”.
She became overwhelmed and angry after customers started to line up and nobody assisting her with the long line while she tried to troubleshoot the system error and started to reprimand me “because people were waiting line because of me”.
In the end she adjusted the price but I did not get the 5 dollar back. She said a manager would have to figure it out but made no attempt to get a manager for me, just reprimanded me announcing customers they have been waiting for a long time because of me, not because of the system error or because she has lacking coworkers who failed to help her while they have more registers.

After being denied a APPOINTMENT from the Watson and yuma location for a tetanus shot that I urgently needed due to a deep nail punctured wound( must take shot with in 48 hours) the Miller location took me in right away and got me in and out in less than ten minutes, mind you i wasted 40 minutes at yuma waiting for my so called appointment

Every month they don't have my medication no matter what or how long notice they're given. Best part is you won't know until it's time to pick it up because they won't tell you! Be prepared to wait on hold for about 10 mins if you don't call at exactly 10am.

Just had the most horrible experience with the "manager" Joel at this location. Decided to discriminate against my wife and I and check out the customers behind us. When we attempted to have him check us out because we were next in line he was extremely rude and said " I said next in line" and ignored us. Made it pretty clear it was because we're a LGBT couple. Great job Joel

It's clean, usually stocked and has what I need. Just wish it wasn't so expensive but that's a Walgreens issue. This location is good.

Always clean and organized. Never too busy. Staff is all very nice and helpful! Great for a quick stop for medicine or to just quickly pick something up!

I use this pharmacy. There's always a line inside and outside. It is a busy Walgreens.
