The last two times I was at this pharmacy for a particular refill, they were supposed to give me two vials according to the insurance. And they only gave me one. I called my insurance company to call the pharmacy, they keep fighting my insurance company advocate. The reason why this is relevant is that the co-pay is 40 bucks for a supply between 31 days and 90 days. So the insurance will allow me two vials for $40 as long as it's under 90 days for the refill. To try to make this simple, I could pay $40 for one vial or $40 for two vials. Based off my refill time I can get two vials for the price of one. The last two times I was at the pharmacy they charged me $40 for one when my script said two. I contacted my insurance company each time who then contacted the pharmacy directly . The first time they gave me the second vial for free which was already paid for and now this time, just now, just today, they denied it. My insurance company Advocate actually told me to find a different Pharmacy . The Advocate contacted them twice today with no results. There's another Pharmacy down the street. Go there instead

Rude staff and when doing online order there’s no Wi-Fi to connect to if they want the customer to shop at their location They should be able to provide Wi-Fi for Uber and Instacart and any other Online order.

I am so fed up with this place. Today I went to the drive thru to pick up a med that I was called and texted that it was ready. Although both lines were open, one car held it up for over 40 mins. It wasn’t staff lunch time either. They had a backup of 10 plus cars. They should have asked the customer who was holding up the line to come inside or pull forward and continued to take care of others. Also, they make it impossible to stay on your medication regimens by always holding up prescriptions and blaming the insurance company or doctors office. My husband is diabetic and gets calls that his med is ready but when you go there they can’t find it. If it’s not that then they say there’s no refills when there is. I have called my insurance company and also had to bother our doctor for duplicate orders and authorizations . Someone from corporate should do a review on this store. I would add the staff are very nice, but there is clearly a problem there.

This pharmacy is a day behind on prescriptions. When you do go to pick up, you’ll wait forever. They either need to hire more staff or fix management issues. Some people can’t wait for prescriptions.

The people who work at the pharmacy are always so rude and inconsiderate. The line and wait is always atrocious. I despise having to come here.

it's unbelievable how late you open, it's exhausting leaving the hospital as is with medicine prescribed for my sick child early in the morning only to find not only the store but also the pharmacy closed?! it is so unpleasing having to wait until you guys open, get my child in the car again so I can drop off the prescription and again have to go back once it's ready. What the hell happened to pharmacy being open 24/7?!

The drive thru isn't meant to be used like a fast food restaurant. I think that's the mindset these 1 star reviews need to get a reality check on. Elderly and disabled should use drive thru pharmacy for their convenience. Pharmacist don't have to help you FAST FAST FAST -unfortunately for you that's not their job. 45 minute waits are not a long time considering their dealing with MEDICAL supplies for each individual human beings needs. All these reviews complain about wanting more speed out of the humans working, but then are agitated with the accuracy when they received the speed they wanted? This kind of "I want it extra fast and extra perfect" is a customer is the problem kind of review. Customer isn't always right and you definitely have the right to be wrong. Anyway, I fill my prescriptions here and this Walgreens operates just fine. Thanks

Awful. This pharmacy has closed its drive thru. It's incredible to me how difficult they make for the sick to get their medicine. The line is 15-20 people deep at all times.

I do Instacart Orders, and whenever I get orders for this Store location my App does not Work, or greatly lags. Install WI-FI already, it's 2023. EVERY Store/Business Restaurant should be WI-FI capable by now! It would make everyone's job that much easier. I mentioned it to the Employees Working today (who I won't name). They told me they were promised WI-FI service over a Year ago, and they're still waiting for it. Unbelievable.
