Very under-staffed. Everybody seems annoyed and very short tempered because of it. Was a long wait.

Multi Billion Dollar CoCan't seem to fill a prescription. Usually takes ten minutes or more per person. They ask to verify your phone number twice and they insist you provide your home address audibly for additional verification in front of customers which leaves me speechless. Anyone could follow you home. Aside from that, spent an hour on hold by phone so more time wouldn't be wasted driving back and forth only to find out the automated system is not accurate and phone lines are not being answered. Employees are over worked and the store manager is nowhere to be found. I detest this place and always avoid buying anything else. The general reputation they have on line mirrors my thoughts about poor business practice and inefficiency of the stores. Time to consider a few customer issues and maybe look for a new CEO. Maybe store manager presence? The parking lot and walkway to the entrance is unkept as well. The prices have easily tripled.

Decent enough Walgreens. The store staff is great but the pharmacy staff can be lacking. They do this thing where they pick up a phone which is ringing and immediately place it back in hold without even acknowledging the person on the phone. The call is on hold for a couple minutes after which it starts ringing the pharmacy phone again. Repeat until you finally give up and disconnect out of frustration.Additionally, the pharmacy pickup window has the quietest speaker ever so you're forced to read lips and hope you understood. Also, forget about feeling like a valued customer. Been going here for a couple years and I always feel like I'm bothering them solely based on the constant scowls and irritation in their voices. Next closest pharmacy is... another Walgreens which I'm now bitter against. Maybe they'll improve later in but for now it is a chore I just have to grit my teeth to survive through.

Quick stop for a drink or snack if in the area since there's not much else around. Easy access to and from both sides of the intersection. Service ok. Not much else to say.

The pharmacy is a P. O. S!!! There is no line distinction, at the pharmacy, for which line is for pickup and which is for shots. Waited 20 minutes only to find out we were not in the shot line. Then we had to wait even more. Our appointments were for 2:30 and 2:45. Currently it is now 2:55 and we are still in line. This store/pharmacy is an absolute disgrace. Zero organization and no one seems to care. I thought Fry's pharmacy was a piece of unorganized crap but this Walgreens is worse. My advice, go to CVS or Walmart!

Waited in the pharmacy drive thru for 30 minutes for my scheduled covid test with only 3 cars in front of me and when I get up there the employee tells me they can't do the test cause they close in 9 minutes for their lunch. Don't take 20 minutes on 1 car and don't schedule covid tests so close to your lunch breaks if you won't do them for people. We can't go inside for them and have no other option than to wait on you guys.

This is long, so buckle up. :) My experience starts May 18th. I was advised by my sons dr that a prescription had been sent over. I called walgreens and they didn't have it. So I called frys, they didn't have it. I called the dr office and was advised it was sent to expresscripts. This was not for a typical prescription that could wait for delivery. This was for a "bump" until my sons med check appointment. I had 2 pills. Not good. Was told by the dr office to have walgreens transfer the script from express to them. The staff at walgreens tried. And tried. And tried. No response from expresscripts. This morning, I called expresscripts to tear them apart. When I was advised the script that was sent to them had never actually been signed, so they had been trying to contact the dr office to get it taken care of. With no response from the dr office. Papa bear came out. Drove to the dr office. After speaking to the director, a new script had been sent directly to walgreens. I called walgreens, they, after having spoken to me numerous times in the past 3 days, knew the situation already and I was advised they had the new script and were already filling it and it would be ready by the time I arrived. I feel the staff at Walgreens over the past 3 days went way above and beyond to help me and my son in our situation that was created by his dr office errors. I dont know any other pharmacy, or staff that would have done all they had to help. I appreciate every one of them so much!!!

The door going into the pharmacy has no break on it, allowing it to slam with a VERY LOUD BANG. Everybody in the waiting room jumped everytime it slamed shut. Not good for ederly customers.
