Very friendly customer service, BUT we were told the wrong price regarding our monthly bill and the monthly home internet. The agent in store told me my bill would be around $220 total for our lines and the internet. However, we are now paying $244 per month. The lady on the phone told me the store agent quoted us the OLD price for internet. So we felt like it was a bait and switch. I just called corporate again, but there is nothing they can do. The contract was confusing bc the agent kept saying the real bill would be different than the first bill and that we just needed to trust him. Plus, our home wireless internet only gets one bar so it’s not always working for us. Plus, we still have dead zones with Verizon Wireless in Buckeye and that’s why we left our last carrier.

Not happy at all right now, was sold the VZW 5G Home Internet. I was told I would be getting consistent speeds of 300Mbps or very close... well that was a lie, it started and stayed around 90 and after moving several locations sat at 180-200...for a couple days. I am now sitting between 5Mbps and 20Mbps and constantly fluctuating. I was told to wait 5 business days for resolution for tech support. I wouldn't recommend until they get their crap together, was also told that the address wouldn't matter (they registered me in Tempe and assured me it wouldn't be an issue) and I got grief from all the tech support members with still no resolution. 10/10 would not recommend.

The employee I dealt with was very friendly. However, I was pressured into purchasing a case for my online pickup. I reluctantly chose a case when the sales rep told me that they Amazon price match. At some point when I evidently wasn't paying attention, a camera lens protector kit and charging brick were added to my order. It turns out the amazon price matching only applies if you buy 3 or more accessories. In other words, it's not really amazon price matching. This is just a clever sales tactic. In all reality, a case is 20% off but only if you buy two additional accessories.
Use caution when doing business at this location to ensure you don't end up buying more than you intended.

If I had an option to leave the Verizon located at 946 S Watson a zero star review, I would. My 84 year old mother and I arrived at this store on Sunday, April 21st, 2024, because I needed a SIM card replacement. All three employees were with customers. Not one of the employees addressed us as we walked into the store, or acknowledged we were there. My Mom and I walked around the store, looking at items, and then seated ourselves to wait our turn. After about 35 minutes of waiting, a lady walked into the store and strode up to the front. Immediately, an employee told her she would be next. I advised him that we had been waiting way longer than she had. He said she had been in earlier, and had to return home for her ID, and he would be helping her first. My Mom and I made the decision to leave the store, due to the unprofessionalism of these 3 employees, and the length of time to get assistance. We went to the Verizon store located at 1580 N Verrado Way, where employees were also with customers. We were promptly greeted with a smile, and Katie went above board to assist me with my phone. She was friendly, professional, greeted us with a smile, and got my matter resolved. She was able to multi task and assist multiple people at one time. I would give this store and Katie 5 stars (more if I could).

I had a great experience! I went in only to replace my SIM card and was told I was due for an upgrade with the following promo. I took the opportunity and decided to upgrade. In the process of buying a new phone, I was convinced to add a line for a new Apple Watch as well! I believe I was helped by “Janet,” such a kind and helpful employee!
