It would be a 1 star if the "dude" up sold us to get a commission, knowing that we are going to have to cancel the 2 extra lines he told us we're $0 to add. Ended up $216+ additional on our bill!!! We got it fixed with customer service, but caution what the in person reps say to try and sell you. Look at your bill closely!

Buyer beware: The Verizon store on Verrado Way is a third party retailer. They are not an actually Verizon store. They will add extra fees to transactions. Your best option is calling Verizon directly.
They lied about my insurance, trying to force me to upgrade. They also purchased a phone using my account without my authorization.
I’ve already emailed their ‘wecare’. They just emailed back and forth with generic responses.
This place is a car dealership in cell phone sales form. Buyer beware: Verizon has an open fraud case on this location and their employees.

I was helped 2 separate times by 2 separate amazing ladies who both definitely need a pay raise. The first time I was helped by Katie (I'm not sure if I'm spelling that right) and the second Patricia. They were both amazing and helped me fix problems that are usually hard to fix in a timely manner and with a very welcoming and personable attitude throughout the entire experience. Would love to get helped by these ladies again!

Felt like being at a used car dealership. For two days since dealing with this store I’ve feel scammed and very stupid for falling for it. They got me…be careful. It took 3 hours to add a line and upgrade a phone. Couldn’t get a straight answer on how much my monthly bill would be. Paid $344.00 in taxes on 2 phones and a watch. All the deductions he said he would take off weren’t taken off. I’m convinced they follow a script on how to confuse. Shameful!

Jaylen was prepared for our 5:00 appointment. Very knowledgeable about the service he was providing and courteous to work with. He made our visit pleasant. Right now it’s very hard to get good customer service, but he knocked it out of the ballpark and you could tell it was his true nature. My husband got me the iPhone 12 promax for my ? birthday, and before we left Jaylen even wished me a Happy Birthday. We will definitely be going to Jay for all our cell phone needs. He’s a very valuable member to your Version team.

After terrible customer service at the Verizon store at 946 S Watson Rd, my Mom and I decided to leave and come to this store instead. What a breath of fresh air. Immediately upon walking in, Katie greeted my 84 year old Mom and I with a smile, and began to assist us, while another client was waiting for a download on their phone to complete. Realizing I had complex issues related to my phone, Katie immediately contacted Technical support, and she and Latoya began assisting me in getting my matter resolved. I was very impressed with how professional and helpful both of these ladies were. If you would like great service, I recommend stopping in and seeing the employees at this store. Thank you, Katie!
