Rueben was exceptionally professional! He went out of his way pursuant to helping me with my notary! He was very knowledgeable about title transfers and other things regarding the sale of privately owned vehicles. He was great at customer service! Everyone actually at this branch is always very friendly and professional

This branch is the worst I've seen. Their staff is slow, and will ignore customers waiting to be served. Then if there is an issue that takes actual work you get the "I can't" or We can't " phrase. They need to learn how to address issues and help their customers. Very disappointing

I was taking my tips in to be counted and the manager Hector I forgot his last time just gave me an attitude the entire time about it and tried to say I need to sort everything out before bringing it. But it's their job to count money that's what they're getting paid for right? Just an attitude the entire time, snobby. The other staff I like but he was disrespectful. And the attitude was uncalled for. If you're going to be a manager but complain when it comes to counting money you shouldn't be a manager. Hopefully he'll find a different job to make him happy because he seemed miserable. Hector Marquez Is his name

Do not use US Bank. Tried transferring monies to another account a few days ago. They used a service that charged me three dollars for the transfer. When they transferred the money to the new bank, they had complications and did not allow the transfer. They now informed me that it will take up to 10 days to receive my money back into my US bank account. And they could not tell me why the money did not transfer. So now my money is in limbo..!! What a crock of !&@$...!

I was working with US bank to refinance my home I started the process the end of March and was told we would close in 30 to 60 days the communication from them was terrible. The person we were working with would not respond to my calls and finally after 3 weeks the guy reaches out to me and tells me he is no longer with US Bank, but that the manager would be reaching out to me and we should be closing the following week(May). Well, no one reaches out I stop by the office, my wife sends emails and nothing, so we try reaching out about getting the appraisal money refunded and again no response. We are now working with another bank and soon to be closing and finally hear back from US Bank in July asking to forward them additional paperwork. Honestly, the only service I need at this point is their assistance with getting my appraisal fee refunded.

Worst experience ever here, I deposited a check from a major billion dollar nationwide company $2500 on Monday they said funds would be available on Tuesday in which arrived as they said. Wednesday tried using my card and Money and got declined and Was told they put a 7 day hold on my good check after they already credited my account the $2500. Now after paying bills and Doing debits they have my check and I have no money and bunch of overdraft fees for there mistake with deciding to repo my funds I was already credited with. With all said I am waiting for a $2500 check to clear with US Bank that I received from a billion dollar company, Keep in mind this check is 100% good and will clear the bank. What are the banks coming to. This is bad business, My check that was overnighted to me by FEDEX now has a magic 7 day hold from US Bank. Consumers beware when dealing with this branch so you don't get screwed. STEAR CLEAR of these losers. This is a typical now you see it and Now you don't with your money.

Got sent from the bank on Sarival to open up a business account here and when I arrived they did not want to open the account up. They looked for every excuse they could find to not open it up. It seemed like they were just desperate to go home. I was helped out by Trini and another woman. I do not recommend this branch.

This is by far the worst bank. I waited in line for about one hour to cash a check. I can’t believe they only have one teller working. Someone need to address this to the manager of the bank.

Literally worst customer service. Applied for an auto loan and got approved on Monday. It is now going on day 4 and I still don't have an approval letter. What's even better is when I called and spoke to the branch manager they treated me like I was stupid for calling and said they would call to follow up BUT DIDNT when they needed an alternate number to the dealership. Oh and by the way THEY messed up the vin number so my application was pushed to the back when they corrected it and is still processing. By the time they get their act together it will probably be too late and the car will be gone. Don't recommend. Take your business to another bank that will actually value it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CHECK DEPOSITS MISSING AND YOUR CHECKING HIT WITH SEVERAL OVERDRAFT FEES BECAUSE THE MONEY YOU THOUGHT WAS GOING TO BE DEPOSITED WAS PROCESSED BY AN INCOMPETENT PERSON THAT HAS RECEIVED NOT ENOUGH TRAINING TO HANDLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. GOODLUCK IF YOU TAKE THE CHANCE..SOMETIMES DRIVING 10 TO 15 MINUTES TO THE NEXT US BANK MAY SAVE YOU HOURS OF HEADACHES IN THE LONG RUN..

The worst customer service I've ever seen. Went in for a notary and there was no customers and 2 ladies chatting away and they had me sit and wait for 20 minutes while they finished their conversation. Pretty sad.

Awful awful costumer service!!!! Rude rude manager. I should not have to explain where I get my money from or how I make my living to the teller at the bank.....they're not the IRS or police. Never going back to this place again. I'll drive a few miles up the road to a different branch.

Called this specific branch for one simple question and they had me on a 25 Minute hold. So it was best to hang up, thanks a lot lady with New York accent.
