Horrible Customer Service. Employee's tell you one price over the phone and give you another price when you show up. Then they have the nerve to charge you for a shipping label after they confirmed that it was a free Service they provide for all Amazon customer returns. Then when I'm trying to clarify and get answers, they don't want to be bothered and give me an attitude. Avoid this location at all cost. The UPS store in Goodyear is way more pleasant to deal with. The final straw is when they refuse to assist you @ 6:50pm because they're closing @ 7pm.

This place steals your items and then lies and blames it on you, the customer. Everytime I would call Cheryl the franchisee owner, she would lie and state that she couldn’t hear me and had bad reception. I could hear her clearly and I had great reception. No issues and she did this to me multiple times. I provided proof of my purchase and they have yet to respond to me.DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF YOUR BUSINESS

I’m pretty bummed. We mailed Christmas gifts, wedding gifts and really nice items to my sister and my little nieces and nephews a month ago, things that a claim or money can’t replace. After many issues with not letting my sister pickup the package, they returned to sender the package and it had 0 movement or tracking updates. Basically UPS lost the package at this location, I haven’t been give any answer whatsoever, and it’s odd the different things I have been told. I don’t understand how a large package like this can get lost, but it’s really disappointing and I hope there is more care in the future with other packages. Very large ones at that. Please do better.

They charge $10 for a notary stamp, which is normal, but they also charge $20 per witness signature which is absurd. They also overcharged my mother-in-law—we got one notary stamp and a two witness signatures so it should have been $50 but they charged $60. But since “their system is down” we couldn’t even get a receipt.

Fast-Easy-Delivery. I walked in with my RMA # for my Dyson return. Rebecca knew exactly what I needed to do. She listened to my request and helped with all my shipping needs…amazing. Thank You, Rebecca.

Do NOT go here!!! I stood in line for 25 minutes for a notary, only to be told it's by appointment only! Their website says no appointment needed!! They're a waste of time ?

While we have had no problems with this UPS location for dropping off our Amazon returns, and the employees have been kind over the years, we had an experience recently that has us completely frustrated. We had a last minute, time-sensitive package to overnight to Colorado, and after a hurried look around our house for a box, we grabbed one out of the garage, taped it up, rushed it over on a Saturday, paid over $100 for the overnight shipping, and got home relieved that we got it done. After a couple days of chaos (my husband’s mom had passed away a week beforehand), my husband went online to check the status of the box, and found out it not only didn’t arrive in Denver, but it was in KY!He spent the next two days figuring out how to make time for MULTIPLE phone calls with the local store, with cooperate, and going online trying to determine what the reason was for it not arriving in CO, and if it was coming back to us or not. Finally, we were told that there was a large symbol on the box that meant it couldn’t fly, and it could only be shipped by ground. It then took a week, and MORE time making phone calls to determine if the box was actually being returned to us, or to the store (we were told both), but we finally got the box back at the store (thankful it was retuned at least). When we asked for any sort of refund, we were told that because it’s the customer’s responsibility to know all symbols on any boxes we use from home, therefore UPS isn’t liable in any way.In fact, the employee at the store told us we should have just used a UPS box, but he would file a claim for us with corporate, even though he was confident it would be denied. It was denied, and we did NOT get any sort of refund. Here’s our frustration: had the UPS employee told my husband the night he shipped it, “We actually can’t overnight this box, because of this symbol; would you like to purchase one of our boxes?” he would have immediately agreed, and the whole thing would have been avoided. We have never worked in shipping, and we have no knowledge of shipping symbols - we simply trusted that the experts would let us know about any important nuances when it comes to their own business.Again, we get it: life lesson learned. We DID use our own box. We DIDN’T look up the symbol beforehand. We DIDN’T cover the box (which we normally do, but things were in such a rush that we just didn’t get to it this time). We just trusted that we didn’t have to know all the ins and outs of a company’s particulars before utilizing their services. It just sucks that they were so adamant about it being our own fault, and that’s why they wouldn’t refund anything. We thought they would look out for their customer’s interests, but, sadly, this experience has removed that trust.

Went in to get documents notarized Monday December 11 2023 around midday. Their systems were down so they were turninig everyone away. I was last in line and she had just turned the person away in front of me. She then proceeds to go to the back of the store after helping the customer in front of me without acknowledging me. I was in such shock that I was stunned in silence and ofcourse I have a positive attitude by nature. Anyway, after what seems like forever;she came out to the front of the store and then she proceeded to chit chat with her colleague while I am still standing there like a wallflower. Three more people enter the store and then she asks me "what help were you needing Ma'am?" Apparently she didnt understand the word 'Notary' because she said "WHAT?"rather rudely! Still I was determined not to let her get to me so I literally then went ahead and pronounced every syllable for her.Honestly, this really upset me & so I left & went to the store on Indian School Rd in Litchfield which had a 100% difference in customer service. The guy who was sorting stuff out in the store was so pleasant; immediately acknowledged me and came right over to assist me and the lady who notarized my documents was efficient and such a breath of fresh air. I will not be returning to Watson Rd UPS Store and though I am only one person; the numbers will add up. Zee(the previous manager) had such a great customer service attitude and I am so sad that they lost him but happy that he has moved on to bigger & better opportunities!

Went in to ship a gun barrel to a gunsmith to have some work done. As soon as I said gun barrel they said nope we can’t ship anything firearm related. I tried to explain its not a gun just a non serialized unregulated gun part. The guy said nope it’s illegal to ship gun parts just like we can’t ship tobacco. Funny how this part was shipped to my home with no problems through UPS. Don’t waste your time going there. Went to FedEx and they shipped it right away. ??

Friendly efficient staff, convenient location . This is best solution for my business as I have a mailbox here and a monitored air-conditioned address to receive my business packages at. I’m in here multiple times a month, and multiple times weekly during my busy season. Zee, Rebecca and Josh are usually the ones helping me and they are friendly and knowledgeable.
