Very poor customer service when it comes to get a refund no matter how soon the purchase was well within the 30 days would even go to extent to say that you threaten them and have you for trespassing so they won’t have to give you back your refund I would highly not recommend the store location you’re better off saving your money and going to Lowe’s

Great store ,friendly service ,and very helpful.
I bought two 40lb bags of water softener salt and they took to my car and loaded in my truck.
This was my first visit but I’ll be back.They give service that you simply don’t get at the Big Box Stores!!!

Went in to return a defect item I purchased and was told be the manager that they could only do store credit on the return .. no biggie that works then she says I have to do the store credit today .. want kind of customer service is this and this was for $5 .. I got a water and a beef stick and told them they needed to work on customer service and selling defective items and not returning customers money and making them use store credit that day or nothing

Every time I come here I leave happy! Employees here truly care, I just came in to buy some equipment I really didn’t need. Glenn was extremely helpful and we walked through my project together. He gave me the advice I needed, sent me home without buying and I fixed the problem with his help. 5 star service and I will ALWAYS give them my business for my home projects.

From the moment I walked in I was offered assistance looking for a specific item. Then when I had issues with a product I bought on the evening of May 19th, the gentleman at the register understood and took care of me. I will continue coming back and recommending to everyone.
