Came in earlier today to buy a color lift & dye. It didn't take so gave them a call. Dion was IMMENSELY helpful & knowledgeable when it came to WTH I was doing wrong. Answered all my questions, was patient with me, schooled me in what I was doing wrong & what I need to do next. Because I know nothing about all this. Aware of what I'm doing wrong now & glad I gave them a call back.

This location never has enough product when they have deals going on. I have been shopping here for years and its getting worse every day. The employee turn over is ridiculous, I don't see the same person more than twice and that's being generous. This location use to be amazing and now its gone down hill both with stock and management. I'm tired of over paying because they don't have more than 2 items when they run buy 2 get the 3rd one free deals.

I brought a perm box and perm rod in the sally department only. I went to Walmart for perm box, but don't have perm box. Clerk is nice person. Perm box is good price, nice curly and easy read.

Don't buy from stores that charge for plastic bags like California Sally's is charging.

After using the wrong ion color (in the wrong place)My blonde hair turned brown.I went back to the Sally's I normally go to in Buckeye on Watson Rd.They gave me really bad advice and my hair turned a REDDISH ORANGE.So I went back again the next day.A different person gave me a different recommendation. I was desperate so I do it. IT DIDN'T WORK IT JUST MADE IT REDDER.HELP

Some employees are helpful some look like they don't want to be there. I am happy that they let me change out shampoo and conditioner to find the right match for me. Thanks!

I can't believe it. If you want a shopping bag for your purchase YOU MUST PAY 15 CENT.If you don't they hand you your items WITH NOTHING TO PUT THEM IT.It's a matter of principle.

Their website says they open at 9:00 but they don’t, they don’t open until 10:00. When I ask questions about any products the workers are very inexperienced and don’t know anything about it.

Oh Corona....Yesterday, I needed hair color. I knew there might be a limited supply. Walked in, two ladies behind the counter, masks on. I asked if they had any dye left and one said "if we do it will be in the center aisle." OK....After noticing my usual ION box dye was not available I started looking for other options. Asking from the Aisle, what does NV mean? plus a couple other questions. The ladies were not interested in helping, at all. Maybe they are instructed not to help during the virus....as they are instructed to NOT accept returns. I got home yesterday and discovered that the dye I bought would not work. I had no idea what 5G meant until I searched the internet. I was never told about the No-return policy when I entered the store, nor when I made my purchase. Today I went in and tried to return my purchase...No way. They have a Love It or Return it Guarantee (says so on the receipt), not anymore. The ladies behind the register were almost "giddy" when they told me. I was shocked. Then as I was walking out the door a piece of metal fell on my head. What a day. (store #10019). The ladies behind the counter need some refresher courses on customer service AND need to mention when someone enters, that there are no returns. It is already 100 degrees here, I am not going to read the 3 or more signs that are on the outside of the door. Each customer should be verbally notified of the new policy.

This particular store is made of is knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and overall educated staff. Everytime I enter the store I am always always always greeted, whoever is working that day always makes sure I am assisted. Ive gotten to know the staff on first name basis Hailey, Taylore , Michelle and Maggie. Each person provides exceptional service but they all stand out differently. Hailey always makes sure if you need assistance on what to use shes your girl, Michelle will be honest with you on what product you may like, Taylore is educated and will explain why or why not, and Maggie is the kindest soul I have met she always trusts the products. I've been to a few stores and I will say this store is my favorite always clean, organized and product is always easy to find. Thank you to the entire staff for always being helpful and kind.

I had two employees bypass me to help other people while I was standing and waiting in line. I will not return to this store. I guess I was invisible.

There have been so many times I have messed up my hair and just recently a professional messed it up and it had so many different tones. Now it's all one general tone and I'm thankful for this Sally's.
