“My wife switched from another Walgreens to this Walgreens and Shawn the pharmacist is absolutely amazing, he is super explainable, when there is any sort of situation. He by far goes above and beyond for his customers!!! Also they are super fast. Shawn is an awesome pharmacist and Sara is an amazing manager.”

“I have recurring prescriptions that get filled at this pharmacy, and have never had a problem with getting my medications, either through the drive through or in store. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful in all departments. When the store check out line gets busy, a second cashier gets called to open another register. I have had no problems with this store or any of their employees.”

“This is a good Walgreens in my neighborhood. It's never busy. They keep it nice and clean. The workers are helpful and respectable. They do get a little behind with their prescriptions at the pharmacy and when I had mine filled there I would get stuck waiting in line at the pharmacy to pick it up.”

“I had a horrible experience at this Frys store where one of there employees thought I was trying to steel a basket full of plans but what I was doing was meeting my friends husband to bring in her grocery bags and let me tell you it's was a bad bad experience... I am 62 and Female n I was where u get the baskets inside the door where he said some nasty things n told me I needed to pay 4 these 1st b4 leaving I told him I wasn't leaving that I was waiting 4 my friends husband n he yanked the cart away fm me n said then where is he n which I said he's coming n some of the plants were hers... when he say my friends husband he left me alone ... I really felt if I were not black I wouldn't have been treated like that...But I must say after I reported it to a Mgr. they were on it and took care of the problem so I was very impressed with the management here... Thank you again for the plant.”

“I've been using this pharmacy for a few years and they are quick to get people through the line and very fast at getting prescriptions filled. They're very helpful with any questions you might have.”

“I have had to switch pharmacies, which I hate (because as we get older, it seems, we hate changing anything), mostly I guess because it is a different neighborhood, different people, and I guess changing anything anything is uncomfortable!! But the pharmacists there were tremendously helpful getting my scripts transferred!! I had a ton of questions and they were answered with more patience and kindness than what I gave them!! My nerves were shot and I guess they saw it and they were extremely kind to me, and had all of my prescriptions filled when I got there.
I am very glad I chose this pharmacy to transfer my prescriptions to, even though it is a little further to drive to, but it was well worth it for me!!!
I do believe I have found the new pharmacy home for my prescriptions!!

“The person at the photo center was nice! He was definitely busy from the holidays. We ordered prints around 10 am and went to pick them up at 6 pm. More than enough time for 2 hour photo. When we got to the register the man behind the counter advised it had not been printed. He did offer to have them ready in about 10 minutes. So my grandma and I started paroozing the store for a while. After about 5 minutes we went back to the area and he called us up to the counter to tell us it was ready! Speedy service and a great attitude definitely made up for the delay. I will be returning for this reason alone ?”

“The pharmacy is providing an essential service to this community, especially in these economic times. Stop BITCHING and be thankful for the staff for serving YOU!!! I pray for all the idiots who posted negative comments about Walgreens Pharmacy that they develop an open mind and be thankful they are able to even get their prescriptions filled.THANKS WALGREENS PHARMACY STAFF!!! “This little pharmacy does about the same amount of prescriptions as the 24hr store and are only there 1/2 the time. With that In account, yes your line will be longer so grab your Starbucks coffee and meet some of your neighbors while you have to patiently wait in line. I absolutely love all the staff at this store, they treat me like family. I can review my meds online, pay for them online and if I don't plan on going out for a few days I can even get them mailed. Love it. I heard a customer giving them a hard time because her meds weren't ready: the lady said I got a text asking if I was going to pick them up and I said no, I'm on a trip. The system is not human and it just notices the word NO, so it told the staff to return them. Next time she should call and talk to a person and not a computer. The area where they hold all the meds waiting to be picked up is overcrowded and if you can't pick up in a timely manner, it's getting put back.”

“***UPDATE*** During this time I guess the person in the office that gathered my information actually was the ONLY person that tried to find out what was happening and to explain that they got backed up and she was told they were calling in additional drivers to help catch them up and I would get a call back with an updated time. So NOW, I want to give a SHOUT OUT to 'LINDA' for doing a GREAT job trying to assist me. I HOPE the MANAGER at the Store will recognizer her for trying to help a customer out. Also while picking up my order in person the supervisor (sorry, I think her name was Laura but will try to verify as well as she was very helpful plus the lead she spoke with about my order. I am sure the store can gather to verify who they were and to include them in a SHOUT OUT as well for caring, and doing a GREAT Job as well and all 3 are valued in my eyes and hopefully Management feels the same!”

“Whats up w Eddie. He's so rude and lazy. The first time I've had trouble at this pharmacy and I told my husband. He knew exactly the person I was talking about. Do better man. You're here to help people. If you don't want to do your job then find a more self fulfilling job where you don't help people. You clearly hate doing that”

“I agree with and have encountered what a lot of other customers have stated within their reviews. However, an experience with a "newish" manager, Josh, a few days ago has renewed my faith that this store may become an enjoyable experience yet! He was all over that store in a friendly, energetic way, speaking respectfully with employees about what should be done & where, then popped over to the photo department to help me with what I needed to pick up (yes, the 'same day' order placed early in the morning was not done until the following day, but hey...can't win 'em all). He is a refreshing presence and hopefully his wonderful customer service skills will be contagious and spread throughout the store. :)”
