I just want to say George is wonderful at his job. My wife paid for everything and was told unfortunately the phone was locked and she was not able to get a refund at the time manager will be in on Wed. My wife called and told me and I was livid and I mean livid. I went off on George and none of this was even his fault, he simply was just doing his job. After going off on him and hanging up. I just could get off my mind how I just treated this man and he took every bit of my nastiness. I felt disgusted with myself, I had to callback and apologize because for one George didn’t deserve that treatment and in fact nobody does. So Kuddos George for working well under pressure. In this situation I’m reminded to check myself.Sorry about this rant yall.

It is definitely worth the drive to go ANYWHERE else, employees are just not knowledgeable and are quick to blame everything on previous ownership…. Besides upsetting him, they tried to up-sale my elderly father using lies and confusion.

The problem is not with metro-T-Mobile it's the ability of the store communication with it's community in Buckeye. There was a sign on the door about the store was closed due to doing a interior update. That's fine, there was another sign on the door with posted hours for November 1st. It was the 1st weekend of November the store "FAILED" any communication of any type after that.

Nothing but sales!! The T-Mobile stores have been remodeled so many of their shops. Seems like the main focus of the remodeling is to up the environment for sales....and nothing else. The T-Mobile associates can't or won't do much when it comes to the service. They told that the don't do or can't do customer. They tell me to call 611 or call online customer services. Of course, online customer service is not always as good as person-to-person service. The last time I called, I cancelled a data-only phone number because it wasn't working well and I was paying for something wasn't working. I decided to drop the phone number and the online service rep told me she had to get approval to drop the number. I asked he why she needed to get authorization and she said it was policy. It ended up causing us to change plans, Instead of getting a cheaper bill, our bill went up 50 dollars a month. That can be expected from T-M. Poor cellular coverage in also synonymous with T-M, (If TM is going be lazy, so am I.) I live in Goodyear, AZ. The cellular coverage is so piss-poor that we have to use the WiFi in the T-M store because there no reception in the shop!!! The abyss of non-coverage extends for about 5 square miles. I don't get coverage unless I stick my cellphone next to my window on the 2nd floor. The entire 1st floor gets nothing!!! I went to Mexico for 2 two years and had better coverage than what I get in Goodyear!!! The staff have to use to complain to T-M because T-M won't even listen to their own staff. They said it's like the squeeky wheel gets to grease!!! T-M is hopeless!!! They pay an incompetent CE)12,000,000 dollars a year to pick his nose!!! I am not good at math but I think t-m needs 4 million customers just to pay the guy to pick his nose.

Do not go here. This store cheats and lies to customers. Do not get loan for new phones. You'll and up paying a lot more. The guy and the lady at this store are not honest about anything. This store doesn't represent metro as a company. Metro PC should close this store.

Very clean and workers are very nice there and good prices on home wifi works wonderful for a low price 50 dollars a.month can't beat that when cox is almost 200 I would recommend there wifi to anyone wanting low cost good quality internet
