The worst customer service. No employees want to help a customer find anything. They are most rude when you are returning a item with their guarantee. No GUARANTEES.BUT to make a customer never want to come back is when I am looking lost looking around for anybody that might work there. They immediately look away like they don't even see you.Seriously!?!?

Todays Lowe's trip gave me a big smile. Donny made my day by being very friendly, knowledgeable and last but not least helpful. He went the extra mile to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Lowe's, for having some real Gems of employees (Donny, Paloma, Ralph...).

Horrible Service. Had seen a tool box online so went to the store to purchase. I walked around the tool department to try and find someone to help me but that was a failure. So I went to the self checkout to see if they could have someone come to help. Waited 5 minutes and nobody, so asked again if they could have someone come over. Another 5 minutes and nobody. The cashier I talked to looked at me 20 times but never offered any further assistance. She just saw me standing there waiting. Apparently picking up the phone was about all she was good for today. Also had two other employees walk past me saying nothing, that I asked for help and also got the "I'll get someone for you" answer. Welp, off to Home Depot we go.

I know it's a very busy time of the year but I went to Lowe's this morning and Jim from Paints assisted me. Jim was great and helped me throughout the store with different things I needed. Thanks Jim and Merry Christmas

What has happened to Lowes. I needed some toilet parts, took the old parts with me, I had to search high and low and then ask the person in returns for someone to help me. An employee showed up in Plumbing, I showed him what I had and needed. He says, I have never seen that part before, gave me 2 parts that he said would work. I bought them, went home to install and neither part would work. I go back to Lowes, return the parts, walked half the store looking for help so again I have to ask the person in returns for help. Another person shows up in plumbing, gave me another part which has more pieces than what I needed, Got home and put my toilet back together with no issues. Moral of this story, no help and no knowledge of what they are selling.

Very poor customer service. Every time I go in there I have a hard time getting the staff to help me find anything. And don't ask them to ever cut wood as their machine is always "broken" and you can't find anyone willing to do it anyway. I say "broken" because I was told this once when I asked for wood to be cut, but when I asked a manager they stated "it's not broken." Honestly, it's worth the 25min drive into town to go to the Home Depot.

Should have seen the Reviews before coming here..Date of Visit: November 1, 2023I recently had a very disappointing experience at Lowe's. As someone who empowers women, I believe in respect and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I received neither during my visit.Firstly, none of the employees offered to help me find what I needed. I had to load heavy items onto my cart by myself.Then, when I needed assistance, both the cashier and customer service directed me to the lumber department, where no one was there. I politely asked if I could leave my cart and look for help. The response from the staff member at the customer service desk was disrespectful, accusing me of having an "attitude problem." (probably because I woke her up from sleeping behind the counter). True story-- Check the cameras, please!Eventually, I spoke to a manager named Cintia, who tried to help but didn't apologize for the earlier disrespect. She also couldn't locate the employee I needed assistance from.Due to the poor treatment, I left all my merchandise and left the store feeling mistreated and defeated.I hope this review prompts improvements in customer service and respect at Lowe's.

Attempted to buy a simple tube of loctite thread lock. I had to provide a drivers license to buy it!!!!Guess who doesnt ask for license when purchasing things like this? Amazon thats who. From now on I will never set foot in this store again.
