Three weeks to get a microwave installed. Wow. Would never have ordered if I'd known. They didn't have in stock at my local Lowe's, plenty in the store 10 miles down the road but when I called about the delay they said they couldn't get one from there. Took two weeks to arrive and another week to schedule the install. Not ok, Lowe's!

I visited the garden center and liked the variety of plants and flowers to choose from. The plants looked healthy and organized. Everything was labeled with the prices and whether plants are shade, full sun, partial sun, ect. Everything was clean. I bought True Bloom Yrue Inspiration roses and Tropical Hibiscus flowers and planting soil. The flowers have grown beautiful

From the minute I walked in or went to get a cart everyone was so nice and then in the store somebody actually asked me can I help you and the other thing is I did ask him electrical please and he directed me there when I got into electrical there was actually somebody that works there in that department came up to me and asked if I needed help he was very very helpful in that department very pleased he was a blessing in disguise.

Still pretty mediocre and still out of a lot of random items. They also seem to have a lot of exclusive deals with brands to carry only their products, which wouldn't normally be a problem except some of the brands that they carry are just garbage. Update: Their customer service has improved slightly but I continue to shop here only out of convenience and they are still always out of stock on Lucas Red N Tacky. It's a commonly used product in the area and they could probably sell a lot if they would just actually stock the shelf.

This location is great! Manny over there is great! Very helpful, polite, and hardworking! I think Lowes has an awesome employee there and should pay him more than whatever they pay him. It's very hard to find workers like him. Excellent.

Lowe's actually delivers to my tiny town in the middle of nowhere! Bought a new house so got stove, fridge, outdoor grill, window AC unit, and a couple other things. They were busy but got help with all my stuff. Delivery in about a week. Yay!

Lowes has lost my bussiness for good when they went to self check out and wont answer calls to confirm if they do or do not have have a product in stock. The greed of this company and those like it that have forgotten what customer service means.
