I have been down a vehicle for 3 months searching for the right vehicle. Working with Larry (Sales) and Justine (Business Manager) was a God send. They both worked hard to get me in the Dodge Ram I was looking for. They even searched hard to ensure the vehicle was the right fit for my needs. After working with them at Jones Ford, I can finally say the search is over and I have the right vehicle for me.

Best vehicle service experience ever. Gloria in Parts, Alan in Service and Frank in Customer Transportation were all AWESOME!!! These individuals know what they're doing and have excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend them. Other service facilities can learn so much from this crew.

Justine is one of the best salesman! She got our paperwork done quick and easy. We were able to find an affordable car in my price range as a college student. 10/10 recommend!

Had my vehicle repaired here. Took them over a month to look at it. Then an excuse was f the part was permanently back ordered. I found the part myself in under 30 minutes. Ordered the part and delivered it myself to the service center. Took them 3 weeks just to install the parts. After I finally received my vehicle back after 3 months in total my vehicle still wasn’t fixed and had to come out of pocket for the wheel hub bearing. Axel nut was over torqued and interior is permanently damaged by greasy hands print and smudges.Stay away from this place.

I had been looking for a specific spec truck for over a month now. Jones ford was the only one in town to have what I was looking for. DJ made the process of buying the truck super easy. Everything was through email and over the phone. Maybe spent 10-20 minutes on the entire process. After numbers were agreed on he personally delivered the truck to my driveway and took the time to show me all the features. I have bought many vehicles. This was by far the easiest and quickest vehicle purchase. DJ was clear about all the numbers and even beat a local competitor. 10/10 would be a returning customer.

Bought vehicle online--never went to the lot. I went buy the pictures and what the salesperson told me, he said it was a nice vehicle. They delivered it to me and we signed the paperwork at my house. The car is GREAT and their salespeople are GREAT.

Id like to start off by saying the dealership overall is a nice and friendly place. The staff usually has a smile and cheerful demeanor but the service leaves something to be desired. I took my f150 in for an appointment I had made and one of the more important concerns I had wasn’t scheduled by whomever set the appointment. I was an employee of a different dealership for nearly a decade and part of that time was spent as a service advisor. I know that sometimes communication breakdowns happen so no big deal. Service was fast but maybe too fast. The service advisor had the technician rotate the wheels on my truck even though I only asked for the oil change. Didn’t mind paying because the work was done but the tech didn’t bother filling the tire pressure back to specifications and marked all my tires the same tread depth even though one tire was new, I had my all-terrain spare on, and the other two we’re pretty well used. All but one tire, the spare, are the same brand and size of tire. So you can understand my bewilderment when they were all the same depth. After resetting the service indicator, all my settings were changed from mph to kph as well as my temperature from Fahrenheit to Celsius. Easy fixes but am I going to have to change them back every time? If so that’s okay but the fact that there wasn’t any type of communication on this is frustrating. The advisor didn’t make any recommendations to me for services nor did he offer to schedule me for my other concerns I had made mention of. I just purchased the truck used at the beginning of the year but with 60k miles on it now I’d expect some type of fluid replacement recommendations. Even if there are none I still felt rushed as he dropped me off with a clerk to pay and vanished quickly after telling me to keep an eye on the battery for future service. Overall everything felt half done and I’ve come to the conclusion that I’ll be going to a different dealer from here on in. I know what good service is and what bad service is. This was neither. Simply mediocre at best.

Our experience with Jones Ford and Larry was amazing!! I called and talked to Larry ahead of time to let him know my dilemma and that was I have a teenager with a chronic illness who could not be left alone long without an adult but because she still is a teenager she wanted to stay home and not sit at a dealership for hours going through the process!! He promised me that he would have me in and out as quickly as he possibly could. From the minute I walked into their showroom to the minute I left in my new (used) car he had me out of there in a little over an hour!!! I needed a new car bad to take my daughter back and fourth to her doctors appointments and didn’t have any real credit accounts in my credit but Larry made it work and for an amazing price!!! I have never owed a vehicle this new before and I could not be happier!!!Thank you Larry we love our new car and will definitely be back in the future!!!

The repairs were under warranty and were completed correctly. Unfortunately, the dealership had the truck for 10 days and the first 8 days were explained as "trying to diagnose the problem", after I waited nearly three weeks just to get an appointment to get it in to be serviced. Jones needs to hire more staff, or refuse customers an appointment if they did not have time to work on the truck and fix it timely. They stayed in contact with me for the most part while I was waiting and asking for status, but I definitely could tell they had way too many vehicles to repair and were putting customers off and seemingly making excuses. I had an oil change done in addition to the engine light and code defined/intake manifold issue. When I went to get my car seats out of the truck after it had already been a week and the estimated completion date was unknown, I could tell that my clean truck had been sitting out in the rain and was dusty, although at that point taken apart and sitting in the shop bay with no one working on it. They never offered a loaner, a discount (even on the oil change), or any other compensation. It seemed as though they were not concerned that I needed my vehicle during those 10 days when they promised it in two at the most. I purchased this truck from Jones as I did my last truck, and did not feel there was any effort on their part to consider our loyalty or needs. On the positive side, Allen was very professional and friendly/kind. I won't likely use the Jones service department again in the future because I use my truck daily and sadly won't trust them to just keep it indefinitely again.

I absolutely love Jones Ford sales department. They are the most kind hard-working and communicative sales team. I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with both times I bought my vehicle I was in and out in an hour and a half. The gentleman working in finance is spot on with his numbers to where there’s no haggling, both Josh and Eric are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make the customer satisfied and Colin in the finance department is an absolute pleasure . I have never had this level of exceptional service while buying a car I will never go anywhere else. Thanks again.

Worked with Josh and Colin and they did a great job. Jones Buckeye had the exact Maverick we were looking forward to. Our entire process was efficient and only took a couple of ours. Finance was informative but not overly pushy. The salesman, you could tell, really had a passion for the vehicles he sold. Highly recommend Jones!
