We purchased a Ford 250 truck last week. We worked with Tylor Anderson and Colin Cushing on the purchase, which was all done on the phone. The communications were excellent, they promptly answered our questions. We drove 3 hours to "make the deal", and they efficiently had paperwork ready, truck ready to go! They were both pleasant to work with and we had zero problems!

DISAPPOINTED!!! Disappointed that I can only give JONES FORD in Buckeye 5 stars! I want to give them 10 stars! This dealership made our truck purchase so easy. Our sales associate James was professional, friendly and easy to work with. He is a real people person. This dealership will work with you to make you happy with your vehicle purchase. No high pressure sales tactics. Colin in the finance department really goes above and beyond. He is methodical , knowledgeable and seemed genuinely happy with helping us with our paperwork. Compassion is a word that comes to mind. Not just a paper pusher. Remember to compare the sales tax in Buckeye to other parts of the area too. Again, a 10 star recommendation. Your welcome

What a waste of time. If you're looking to buy a car from an unprofessional staff that doesn't even know what cars on their lot are available, by all means you need to come to Jones ford. Spent an entire day messaging with a salesperson about the purchase of a vehicle. About 2 hours before I was going to head over there., I receive a message that the vehicle I want isn't available and is a special order. Wasted my time and definitely don't recommend you waste yours at this place

I scheduled my first oil change here, a week in advance. I got there 30 minutes before. Appt was for 7:30am. Was told it would be about an hour which is understandable, no worries there. 9:00am roles around just to get told, it's barely getting brought in. I get businesses get busy, short on mechanics , ect totally understandable. Here is my issue. NO communication what's so ever. NO service advisor came to me explain "hey looks like we're over booked or short on mechanics, do you need a shuttle somewhere or do you want to continue to wait" but none of that happened. I had clients to meet up with, missed my client appointments. All this could of been avoided by simple communication. Could of shuttled home and took my other work truck to my client's appointments & and just picked up my truck later with no one rushing. No harm no foul. Wasted my time.

Someone messed up my muffler while they replaced the transmission. They put two large holes in my muffler and won't take responsibility or accountability. Very disappointed with them. If they would have take responsibility I would have given five stars for everything. Their communication does suck as well.

Had a appointment for a oil change and I was there for 2 hours, not quit sure why it took so long but I wasn't very happy with the amount of time it took. It's a ranger so it's not a big vehicle. Hope it doesn't take that long for the next oil change.

Between 4/2022 and today, 4/3/2022, I have called them several times in the service dept. Many times they didn't even answer the phone.Today I called the service department & was informed I needed to talk to sales department about interior/exterior warranty I purchased at Casa Grande Ford, where I bought the car. Called sales Dept. & no one answered.

Lowering the rating because when I went in for the oil change, I also scheduled for them to fix a window that was not properly working. They had to book it out a couple weeks and I asked if they would be calling to remind me because I knew I might forget. They said yes they would call/notify me ahead of time. Well that notification never came. I'm hope the service is just horrible because of the times we're living in right now and hopefully it'll get better.

I've purchased -- or been part of purchasing -- at least 15 cars over my lifetime. The experience with Sonny and Lalo at Jones is perhaps the best I've ever had. Fair, honest negotiations, with no pressure and no-nonsense. No ridiculous 'market adjustments' adding $5,000 - $10,000 to the price.I was clear that I didn't want to spend all day at the dealer going through the motions and waiting and waiting. For once, a dealer listened. I showed up and the paperwork was all done and ready to go. No shenanigans. I signed everything (Justine was excellent) and was out of the door and on the road in less than 30 minutes.Very happy and would recommend anyone in the PHX area make the trip out west to Buckeye. I promise you it will be worth it.
