“Ordered a Black Friday item from Lowe's and they sent me confirmation email twice, regarding how to pick up my purchase from the lockers right inside the store entrance. Got there and opened my locker and it was empty. Went to customer service and they were holding it there because of the size. Pleasant and efficient customer service. Thank you”

“I went in to the store today and as usual I was welcomed from the moment I walked in to being asked if they can help me with anything. And helpful they are. They make my life easier so I’m not searching for what I need. Even though they were out of stock for one of my items they called the Verrado store and they had it. I got what I needed and left and went to Verrado where the remaining items I needed were at the counter waiting for me. Everyone at both stores are always so friendly. I always support local businesses and this is one I have zero complaints about. The employees are great and it’s obvious the management strives for customer service. Good job Ace.”
