Cinita assistant manager , was very helpful .
I thought I perhaps left my wallet at the cash register .
I asked another person at the cash register area about looking at video of the register I was at .
She immediately called her supervisor , Cinita came out promptly and addressed my situation , once I showed them my receipt .
It took a little bit , but she came out and politely explained that the video showed me putting my wallet in my back pocket .
I’m apologize for not getting the first employees name .

“Ordered a Black Friday item from Lowe's and they sent me confirmation email twice, regarding how to pick up my purchase from the lockers right inside the store entrance. Got there and opened my locker and it was empty. Went to customer service and they were holding it there because of the size. Pleasant and efficient customer service. Thank you”
