I had a right front blowout last night on the 10. Although they were more than 30 miles away, they were more than willing to help. We were actually able to change the tire and get back on the road just as they were pulling up. I offered to still pay for their service, but they refused the money. My boyfriend took his Honda Pilot to Hamilton, was greeted by Mike who was very polite and very knowledgeable. The car needed a repair of the power steering and pressure line hose. The turn around time was very quick! We received the call that his car was fixed after less than 24hrs. We'd highly recommend going to Hamilton and I know my boyfriend has found his new auto mechanic from now. They were very professional and made us feel very comfortable with entrusting them with our vehicle.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We were stranded on the side of the I-10 on a Saturday afternoon after hitting a pothole on the I-10 blowing out a tire and discovering we only had a patch kit, not a spare (that's my bad!). After our insurance company really dropped the ball (sending a tow company from Surprise to find out that they weren't coming at all) we frantically called around and landed on Hamilton Towing who gave us a reasonable price for what we were asking to load our crippled car on a flatbed and take it to Buckeye for a tire repair. Keegan, our driver, was excellent, fit all four of us in the cab of the truck, took us to Discount and made sure they could take care of us before leaving. While I hope we (or anyone else) is never in the position we were stuck in, we'd recommend Hamilton Towing to anyone in the West Valley who needs reliable service. Thank you again, you really saved us!

Update: Aww you're still unhappy a year later. Responding this late in the game! Posted Jan 2022: I called for towing and requested it to be towed 5 houses away. The man charged $150!! I guess because I am a woman and was in need of help. Rude, Rude and loud talking!! It appears this is a habit with women and brown people according to the other reviews.Services: Motorcycle towing

My friend locked himself out of his car when visiting me camping out in tonopah area. They were very responsive and helpful and the nice woman who drove out was so friendly and nice she did a terrific job getting the car open and quickly too! Highly recommend this company

We were involved in an accident in a rural part of Arizona off the highway at about 12 am with 2 small children in the car. Though our experience with Law Enforcement wasn't great, Hamiltons came out extremely quickly. You never know what to expect at 1 am with a tow truck company, but Keegan was so sweet and helpful and everyone finally felt safe. He was a nice guy, gave us good information and that was followed up with great service by Kevin and Dwayne when we arrived to get our belongings out of the car a couple days later. It wasn't a circumstance we wanted to be in, however, all these guys made it alot easier to deal with. Definitely recommend them if you ever need their services in or around Buckeye, AZ
