I use to like coming to this pharmacy, but lately they have screwed me over multiple times. Not filling my prescriptions on time, or at all. Having my doctor contact them multiple times because they can't seem to fill a prescription anymore. My fiance just had her wisdom teeth extraction and they failed to fill 2 of her prescriptions, one being the pain killers. Now she has to wait for pain relief because these people can't do their job. Can't wait to move pharmacies.

They have completely dropped the ball lately, I genuinely have no idea what happened. They used to be on point.
I had a prescription in progress yesterday that I absolutely need today, so I call to check the status and have to request a refill?! They also took 2 days to prescribe prednisone after my wisdom tooth removal, my dentist had to call them twice because of it.
There was one month i was charged for a prescription I have never been charged for before, or since, but the lady at the register didn't want to hear it or explain why I was being charged.
On top of that there are a couple staff members who are downright nasty, even going so far as to make fun of customers when they think the customer can't hear them.

I will continue to patronize this Pharmacy. Kevin the pharmacist explains any questions I have & is very knowledgeable about all drugs. David is my go to person as he knows me as well as my meds. Danielle, Izamar are great to me as well. Keep up the great work!!

I would highly recommend going anywhere else there's nothing wrong with the pharmacist per say but the staff as a whole are lazy they do not follow up with you or inform you when your prescriptions are filled like they're supposed to do either through app or automated phone call even when you sign up if there is an issue with the prescription they don't contact your doctor they make you do it I've never had any experience like this with a pharmacy before not only that when they know that they run out of prescription and that it needs to be ordered and you've already given them the prescription 2 weeks ago and it in the system so you go in two times to pick it up they tell you oh we don't have the item and it's going to take additional days to order prescriptions they also have young people who very incompetent working at cashier and giving misinformation I suggest you go to Costco Walgreens Sam's club Walmart anywhere else but the Fry's pharmacy because they never have your prescription filled on time even if you do get a notification saying it's ready

Always have the meds ready when you need them! Never had any issues and when you do they are quick to fix it.

I had a horrible experience at this Frys store where one of there employees thought I was trying to steel a basket full of plans but what I was doing was meeting my friends husband to bring in her grocery bags and let me tell you it's was a bad bad experience... I am 62 and Female n I was where u get the baskets inside the door where he said some nasty things n told me I needed to pay 4 these 1st b4 leaving I told him I wasn't leaving that I was waiting 4 my friends husband n he yanked the cart away fm me n said then where is he n which I said he's coming n some of the plants were hers... when he say my friends husband he left me alone ... I really felt if I were not black I wouldn't have been treated like that...But I must say after I reported it to a Mgr. they were on it and took care of the problem so I was very impressed with the management here... Thank you again for the plant.

1 star only because that’s the min you can select. Transferred a RX here because of the GoodRX cash price and was told they are no longer accepting GoodRx. Quoted me $211 for 30 pills which retail for $30. Staff was both unhelpful and unconcerned.
