They’re always behind due to high volume of customers and being short staffed yet whenever I call they always answer and if I let them know I need my prescription now and not later they always fill it within the hour. Super on top of if I’ve never had issues here

Why is it when the doctor calls in the prescription it's never filled. Until I get there and they say it's 45 minutes?
