Great store! Well kept up and clean. Shoutout to Joseph a stocker here! Made my shopping list complete on Thanksgiving! Thanks for checking the back for those pellets! Much appreciated!

There are several reasons I love this grocery store.1. Whoever bakes their fresh baked goods does an excellent job. Maybe I’m naive and they’re frozen, but if not then excellent job.2. Their discounts are excellent.3. The staff are so friendly from the butchers, check out staff and cart people…just great. I dropped some tomatoes in the parking lot once and one of the cart staff went and got me another bag. What a thoughtful thing to do especially since I had two kiddos with me.I didn’t think I’d ever shop at more than Costco and Sam’s club but this Fry’s is now on my weekly grocery runs.

Based off reading other past reviews, looks like I’m not the only one. Yesterday, 9/18 at about 7:09pm, me and my husband were at self checkout. As soon as we starting scanning, we noticed the self checkout employee, Nancy, just staring at us nonstop but we ignored it and continued scanning all our groceries. Then randomly, she walks by us and says “make sure to scan all items”, looks into our bags and walks away without saying anything. My husband then asks her when she’s walking back if she would like to check anything or if there was something wrong and she says, “no you’re fine” with an attitude. Our last items were some bananas, we scanned them in and weighed them but then, here comes Nancy again. Nancy decided to void the bananas and rescan and re-weigh them herself without saying ONE WORD. I hope the manager at this Fry’s please checks the cameras and sees that this actually happened and talks to this employee. It is very rude and embarrassing to be assuming that anyone is stealing without having any reason or anything to prove that we are stealing. I wasn’t sure if it was because were a young couple (22 & 24) or if even if it was a race thing but it is unacceptable and very embarrassing situation without any reasoning.

After being turned away from Fry’s on Watson & Yuma because they double booked the vaccination appointment, I scheduled with this location for my elderly mom. I called to be sure we wouldn’t be turned away again & spoke with Kevin who informed me that walk ins are welcome for vaccinations & appointment is not required. When I told him we were just turned away from the other Fry’s he immediately understood & said that shouldn’t have happened. He encouraged us to come in & also checked if the vaccines my mom needed were available. Thank you Kevin for understanding & making the day better for my elderly mom who is also a cancer patient & doesn’t need the extra stress right now. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

I'm really frustrated with Frys because they seem like they don't care about my problem or value me as a customer. I've been trying to get this issue resolved for quite some time. When I called the corporate customer service number, they couldn't resolve it. They told me someone would get back to me shortly. Weeks passed and no one got back to me, so I emailed, never got a response, and emailed again. I just don't feel like they even care to follow up at this point. I've decided to stop shopping at Frys. Instead, I will drive out of my way to a store that values their customers.

I order my groceries for pickup, and Alexis is always such a great help! She is always kind, efficient, and has the best customer service out of everyone else that has helped me. That girl deserves a raise! I will definitely be back hoping she helps me again!

Love the store, however every Sunday morning they only have 1 - 2 registers open for check out. Making us use the one self check out register. If I'm going to work for Frys then I should get a discount on the groceries. You need more people working on Sundays to get your customers correctly scanned out.

I started to do the grocery pickup ordering for convenience and to save time. I place and pick up an order weekly. However, the experience has been nothing but horrible. Each order has had numerous items that were randomly "out of stock," even though online it shows the store has the items in stock. One time after picking up my groceries and being informed that a handful of items were randomly out of stock, I decided to go into the store and check for myself. Every last item was in stock, which leads me to believe that either they're not training their employees correctly or their employees are being lazy and randomly selecting the "out of stock" option when it's convenient for them.Additionally, I'm continuously receiving expired items and rotten fruit time and time again. Usually, it's just one or two items per order. However, today's pickup had 4 expired items, rotten grapes, a loaf of bread that expires today, and salad that expires tomorrow. The ironic part of the expired items today is that the yogurt, which expired 5 days ago, is one of the items that I've order that they've marked "out of stock" for the last two weeks during my pickup. Apparently, they had the yogurt all along because it's highly unlikely they received a fresh shipment of expired yogurt within the past 7 days.As mentioned, I switched to online ordering for convenience and saving time. Unfortunately, it's done the opposite. Each week I throw away expired and rotten items, have to reach out to customer service for refunds, and then make extra trips to the grocery store. What's the point of offering a service like this if you're going to continually do this to your customers?

This location has become a favorite for me. It’s close and is usually stocked very well! The produce section is awesome! Love how open and bright it is- I use self checkout so I don’t interact with employees a lot but when I have, it’s been good. Truthfully,I wish I could stay out of the store ( spend too much) but every time I visit it’s been great!

Check your receipts here. I have many times found that I was charged the wrong amount for items. When I drove all the way back just to have it fixed the associate argued with me, come to find out she was the one who was wrong. It would be nice to have received an apology. Granted sometimes it’s not even worth it to drive all the way back to have my receipt corrected but it adds up after a while of this happening. I hate the clip and save deals because half the time there’s a fine print about how many you must buy or the deal does not actually apply at checkout. There’s one sale that says you have to buy over 5 items to get the deal and another that says you can buy up to 5 items to get the deal. Good luck figuring that out and keeping track of it. So frustrating to have to check the receipt and deal with the hassle every single time. Also I wish they would get rid of the the flies in the bread cases where you bag your own. I’ve wanted some a few times but found little flies all over behind the plexiglass. At least bag them up individually before putting them in the cases so the flies don’t land on the bread. Eww

If I could give this store zero I would. The employees are rude and especially the baggers. They have no knowledge of customer service. I worked for Raley s in CA. You were taught how to work and HELP the customers. I was behind a lady today with 3 children and pregnant, the bagger didn't even insist to help her out with over $200, groceries. The work ethics now are shameful and the companies are to blame. My turn to check out and I brought my own bags and asked the bagger not to make them heavy, if needed more bags use plastic. After I paid he still had one of my bags and was staring into space. Another time I came to shop and there were no carts inside. I walked BACK outside to get a cart. When I passed customer service, I said there are no carts and the response was, "Yes, that s how is it Sunday morning. No, I ll get someone to get some. Shame on the company for not taking care of your customers. What is happening with our society?

Love it here. The most spacious entrance into a Fry’s I’ve ever experienced (over and over again). If I had to choose one Fry’s to go to for the rest of my years in Arizona, it’d be this one.I love that they have a (bright! By the windows!) Starbucks here too. Plenty of elevated seating here to, a long bar top along the window, and high tables near the bar/lounge they have at this location too.

“Wing bar” is ALWAYS empty and the deli associates use every excuse in the book as to why there’s no wings. (Short staffed, fryer not working, the wing guy called in sick etc etc etc) You can never find anyone to help. The rotisserie chicken is old, dried out and uneatable. The stock is always low on pretty much everything. With the exception of the pharmacy staff, the employees are not friendly or helpful. It’s a shame that there’s no competition in the surrounding area. Please… get this Frys some help!

So I never really do this but this time i had to. I went in for a quick grocery shop and ended up losing my phone at the self check out. Luckily this young man by the name of Tyler who works there picked my phone and kept it saved until I came back looking for it! I was so happy to know that we still got kind and generous people like Tyler. This guy is a hero! he definitely needs a raise, just sayin??♂️??
