Pretty much the only gas station in the area for miles... Super convenient and customer service is great. Very friendly staff! Seems like they enjoy working there. Bonus Subway inside also!

If I could give it no stars, that would be great. The womens bathroom smelled of porta john porta potty fumes. (Vomit) The bigger stall didn't have hooks to put my bag so that was a let down. I just hope they can get an air freshener in there and someone to change out the garbages and keep it maintained on how a bathroom should be kept.

Evidently this place doesn't like blind people. Jacob thinks they walk weird so refused service. Let me paint the picture. I'm a senior walking a blind person who is behind me using my shoulder to guide him. We walk down the isles, grab a bottle of wine and go to check out. Jacob refused service because my friend acted weird. What about me I ask. Nope not me either ".i walk strange". Yeah guess what... I'm leading a 250lb blind guy down your skinny isles. Jacob needs training so he knows that blind people really..i mean really...can't see.

Love the manager at the Shell gas station by Sun City Festival. Larry is a great person that always has a smile on his face and really helps his customers out. He keeps place training in tiptop condition and is always on top of everything. Glad he’s the manager of our Sun City Festival gas station ⛽️ ❤️?

Shameful that at the height of the pandemic, this market is still not requiring masks inside like the rest of Maricopa County.

At 9:50 PM, my garage keypad completely died. I had no idea the battery was running out. I am locked out of my home. I get back in my car and drive up to the gas station, 2 blocks away, that makes its money off of this neighborhood. It is the only store/gas station within miles. Due to COVID, many places are not open 24 hours, if they are open at all. I'm relieved to see the lights on and I walk up to the doors and they are locked. There are 2 women inside, awkwardly ignoring me. I knock on the window and ask if I can just buy a battery. The older one says coldly, "sorry, we closed at 10." I look at my phone, it is 10:01. I say "please, I am locked out of my home and everything else is at least 20 minutes away will be closed too." They repeat aggressively, "we closed at 10!". At this point it has turned 10:02 and they won't help me. I stand outside trying to figure out what to do. We're in the middle of a pandemic, nothing else will be open. I see them opening the door at 10:03 (please check the cameras for my times, I'm not exaggerating). I think they are going to let me buy a battery but no, they are leaving for the night. I ask them again and comment on the time. One came out with her head down, scurrying to escape the situation as fast as possible. The other one "standing her ground", says, "there's nothing we can do, the registers are closed!". If these 2 employees, one I'm assuming is the manger, can leave with their purses at 10:03, there's no way that they were fully "open" 3 minutes before. They basically closed early so they could leave immediately after 10. I wasn't trying to buy alcohol or Twinkie's, I told them I needed one battery to get into my home. They could have let me give them cash, or given me the battery and made a notation about the circumstance and that this is during the pandemic. As they rushed away I felt very sad. The world is uncertain and difficult right now. SAFETY is the top priority for all of us. The cold hearted "to bad, you're on your own" type of business practice is not a business that cares about its community. If a business doesn't care about the safety of its community, especially during a crisis, the business is not actually a part of the community and should not be supported. Managers are placed in a role of authority by being trusted with the skill of discernment. That they will be able to make decisions and give guidance based on what is best for the company. This manager felt that what was best for her company was to be in her car by 10:03 and leave a customer, locked out of her home, in need of a 9 volt battery, in a dark parking lot, in the middle of the desert, during a pandemic.
