Horrible experience. Got overcharged for bags of soil. When I brought it to the cashier's attention she was clueless how to fix. When the manager came she insisted I wasnt overcharged. She did point out that the receipt for some stupid reason lists the item amount being adjusted in the line so when you add up the items it doesn't add up to the bottom. But manager insisted I wasnt over charged. I added up everything else and gave her the amount of everything besides the soil she said my math was wrong. Refused to acknowledge that despite telling me I wasn't overcharged she still ended up refunding the overcharge or acknowledge that my math was not wrong when I added up everything else besides the soil right in front of her. Horrible horrible customer service. I doubt this woman could manage stocking a single aisle nonetheless the whole store. judging from how completely cluttered the store is to the point that some aisles are difficult to go down and the shelves are horrible it's clear she couldn't manage stocking either. No customer service whatsoever. Actually she does have customer service. It's absolutely horrible absolute worst example of horrible service I've seen. Refused to give me her managers name or number. Actually looked frightened at the prospect of it. I wouldn't be surprised if she's already in her way out due to customer service and competency issues.

It’s currently 8:03 am and there are 3 cars outside and the store is still closed. There is a young lady standing waiting on the doors to open. How does a store not adhere to their own hours? Another car has pulled up and it’s 8:04. Please just close downTo add more insult to injury, the lady gets here and doesn’t greet even one customer. Doesn’t apologize and when I said thank you after my purchase she said nothing!!!!! This is a disgrace seriously. If you hate your job please find another one. I know times are difficult for everyone but it cost nothing to be polite.

"Extremely dissatisfied with the cashier at the Dollar General store, specifically regarding FedEx services. The cashier had no scanner to scan my FedEx QR Code, and despite standing there like a fool, I was neither helped nor asked for assistance. This lack of basic customer service, coupled with the inability to handle essential tasks like scanning QR codes, made for a frustrating and inconvenient experience. I strongly advise against using their FedEx services.UPDATE:Came again the next day and it went just fine.

This DG on Jackrabbit and I-10 is really pissing me off about something....I work at I-10 and 99th Ave. I live off I-10 and Verrado Way. I love to stop here on my way home, instead of having to go further out of my way for whatever I may need on the way home. Here's the deal...it's rush hour, it takes forever to get from Avondale to Buckeye on the I-10. By the time I get off the freeway to the DG...I have to PEE!!!!! These employees F-ing LIE TO ME every time about why I can't use the restroom...and they have TWO of them!!!! "Oh they're broken" .....what the hell does "broken" mean...and BOTH of them are "BROKEN"!!!????? Tonight was the one that made them LOOK STUPID AS HELL........"Oh, we LOST THE KEY"! I shit you not, that's what they told me tonight!My whole point for this rant is.....my daughter and I plug ALOT of money into this particular store.......I don't like being lied to about something as primitive as needing to use the restroom. Oh, and.....if you lost the key????.......what happens when an employee needs to pee....????They might have to squat out in the parking lot, just like I .............

What is the point of adding online to these stores that have no want in fulfill online orders. Everytime I make an order they come up with an excuse to cancel and to top it off take three to five days to refund your money. I love dollar general specials but wow your customers service needs a lot of work.
