They have a discount section that constantly has good n different sales items I like to go there at least 2x a week n always try to make it on Sat to take advantage of the buy $25 n get $5.00 off your purchase n the digital coupons are awesome especially if you also use the ibotta app .it's a win win

This location has been closed for several days. A note is posted on front window“ Closed until further notice” hand written nothing more is mentioned. I go to this location 3 to 5 times a week as a customer you would think something more would be posted as to why or for how long. This store is unprofessional. Staff is without injury accident training, rude elderly injured customer with zero accountability or assistance. Employees smoking drugs behind during shift, on every shift. The shelves are bare due to theft. Too bad it's the only choice in Rainbow or this store wouldn't last. It's a mockery to it's company name. I've never witnessed or been victim to an employee threatening and attempting to intimidate an elderly injured person simply asking for an incident report to be made. "Pickles" as she named herself on the Stick it note she gave after refusing to take any person information and advising the victim to "call corporate and do it herself." oh and " am going to call ahead of you tongive them a heads-up" is not fit to be engaging customers. Her customer service skills all the way down to basic respectful human interaction and cooperative communication techniques are all seriously lacking. I expect a store clerk to at least fake concern when a customer is injuered. I personally will make the drive down the hill to Safeway at least I am offered the bare minimum of human decency which Dollar General and it's employees in Rainbow have no knowledge or practice of.
