Read through a few reviews and let me say that ya'll can be so nasty and in some cases wrong in information. As an employee I can say that we try to keep up with the store cleanliness and stocked but that's impossible 1. Some of the customers can be dirty and leave everything everywhere knowing it has a home 2. We stock what is sent to us (not always we get everything we carry) 3.Yall Come in with drinks and food, spill it and not say anything about it. So not everything is our fault. We do apologize for the No Restroom (thank all buckeye junkies for that). Now we been getting alot of rude customers regarding our Fed Ex. Just an F.Y.I it's a drop off location only, we don't do printing services. One more thing you want good customer service then be a good customer. We treat people how they treat us. Ok bye bye now

Says they have Fed Ex Printing Services there. Might as well not. Only employee in the store said she has "no idea how any of that works". Don't waste your time or money here. Filthy hole in the wall....Fed Ex needs to look elsewhere for someone to provide their services.

I'd give it a zero star if I could. Ashley the shift lead refused allowing a 2 year old to use the bathroom. We explained to her we had been to 3 places and she really needed to go. She told us to go to city hall at 7pm on a Saturday night... I bought things in the store before we asked to use their bathroom so we weren't just trying to use them as a pit stop. My daughter ended up peeing on herself walking out of the store. Downtown Buckeye is not a family friendly place for families with potty training kids.

Very inconvenient to not have a public restroom. I get it with all the dirty people. But just for a child to use. Noone would know not a busy store. Instead had to leave so my 4 year old could use the bathroom. No point in going back will just go to another dollar store.

Unsafe and unorganized.Much needed 6S.Cashier was very rude.I placed my items on the conveyor and she said can you move them closer to her? I asked does the conveyor not work. She said NO.Needs better management.

Rude,some white lady… was super rude with the customers , got there at 9:35 and they were screaming to the clients that were comming in that they were gonna close in 5 min , then 3 min then 1 min lol literally screaming… if they dont like there job is not our fault …

So use this location as a pickup spot for my IKEA order. I was at home when I received the notice from my Kia stating "thanks for picking up your order." Confused I went to the store and asked him about my order, the employee was confused said we have nothing. Called IKEA they stated that someone signed for it. I informed them that I did not sign for it as my name does not start with the letter J. So basically don't use this location they'll give your items away. Luckily I'm getting another one sent over my way free of charge.

Wife visited this store last night. Had an encounter with an employee (male) at night time. He became argumentative and used actual cuss words and called my wife the b word. This employee needs to be released!

Older lady at the cashier was very rude & moody. I also experienced a gentleman ask how much an item was and she saids " idk" with attitude and continued being on her phone. Bad costumer service.

Definitely don’t like doing these but do leave a review if needed. But you have a lady cashier that has black hair, wears glasses and black beanies. She needs to get taught simple life skills as to saying hi at the minimum. But when I was rung up there wasn’t one word exchanged. She didn’t even let me know the total like someone would regularly do. Yes i can read. But this is just simple customer service. She definitely looks like she hates her job or annoyed. Please make us local customers feel comfortable.

I went in today at 3:10 The manager working here is obviously not qualified to have this position as she does not do well with stressful situations. The cashier on the other hand obviously has a personal problem with me as she has a great load of attitude to give me everytime I go in there. Please teach your cashier proper CS and how to cancel a purchase all together and not just void a purchase. What can I expect of a dollar store that is always unorganized and dirty. Even the workers look dirty.

I shop here 3 to 4 times a week and Always pay with paper bills to buy my items and Save my coins to roll up and Spend later. I rolled up my quarters to go shopping here today as Usual but the cashier refused my coins at this location. I was told that they usually do not accept quarters for payment because it makes the register drawers too heavy.These are the same coins that they give me back here when I pay with my paper money. This does not make any since to me. I have been shopping here for 5 years and Really hate this cashiers response on My coins that was only quarters that I took the time to roll up and go shopping as a regular customer at this location. If they do not except quarters at this store to purchase items then they should not give quarters back for change.My coins was denied here so I went ahead and Paid with my paper bills again and The cashier gave me back coins again for change.
