Always a likable team at the Verrado CVS.. love the willingness to make sure I’ve found what I’m looking for. Good old fashioned service where the customer is valued. Both the retail & the pharmacy are efficient and good natured. It’s often busy there.. but all of the staff seem to be happy to help even when they’re under pressure. I go there in large part because of that.

Great service! Head pharmacist Karen is just amazing. She and her staff work like a well oiled machine. She was out on maternity leave recently and the pharmacy was a mess. So glad she is back. I've never seen anyone work as hard and efficiently as tthiis woman.cant say enough good things about her and the staff.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. Karen the manager I caught talking about me with her tech which is a huge hippa violation. I told them if they have something to say about me to say it to my face. They are getting prescriptions filled from my previous state's doctor that I've requested numerous times to stop and have that name removed. It was noted by her in the computer and it happened again yesterday. I fought for my refund and got it after much disrespect from her and her technician. No one sick ir healthy should ever be treated the way I was today. Do not enter that door. Beware of terrible customer service, waiting lines out the door, and failure to do their jobs correctly at this facility!

The place sucks. No one knows what they are doing The staff is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Except for Karen- she is nice. But she can't always be there. I'm done with CVS.

The service is one of the worst service. You can have al by fart CO customer service. Nobody's in the same page everybody's on their own world zero again zero customer services from the manager to the girl helping in the pick up line..

I always avoid coming here until I absolutely have to. Very unorganized and take forever. I had a prescription sent here right after leaving the dr. They said they didn't have the antibiotics I needed and weren't going to be in for another 3 days. I ended up sending it to fry's instead. 0/10 and the lady at the counter was not understanding and rude.

Nurse called from Surgi center to stress that meds were a stat....didn't matter....they had to go on "lunch break" wouldn't be ready till afternoon....basically telling the nurse...TOUGH! Then tells the nurse "the pharmacist is swamped!" Nurse tells me "good luck with that pharmacy, I've never had a pharmacy say anything like that to me before!" THEN I get there and the line is all the way to tge front of the store! I switched to this pharmacy thinking it would be more convenient....WRONG!! ITS ANYTHING "BUT"!!!! IM DONE!!

This little pharmacy does about the same amount of prescriptions as the 24hr store and are only there 1/2 the time. With that In account, yes your line will be longer so grab your Starbucks coffee and meet some of your neighbors while you have to patiently wait in line. I absolutely love all the staff at this store, they treat me like family. I can review my meds online, pay for them online and if I don't plan on going out for a few days I can even get them mailed. Love it. I heard a customer giving them a hard time because her meds weren't ready: the lady said I got a text asking if I was going to pick them up and I said no, I'm on a trip. The system is not human and it just notices the word NO, so it told the staff to return them. Next time she should call and talk to a person and not a computer. The area where they hold all the meds waiting to be picked up is overcrowded and if you can't pick up in a timely manner, it's getting put back.

We spent two days for a prescription to be filled, only to receive text that the prescription needed for my husbands post-surgery pain was available at a CVS store in 50+ miles away. Naturally - we expected they were making arrangements to get the medication to our store. Oh no - after waiting another day for an update, I went to the pharmacy and was told "we don't have it" - nor did they have any intention of getting it from their sister store and of course, asking the doctors office if there was a potential substitute was out of the question! They were perfectly happy to send a text that essential told us "sucks to be you". Don't worry CVS - the area is growing quickly and I am sure competition will soon but just around the corner!
