The service is one of the worst service. You can have al by fart CO customer service. Nobody's in the same page everybody's on their own world zero again zero customer services from the manager to the girl helping in the pick up line..

I always avoid coming here until I absolutely have to. Very unorganized and take forever. I had a prescription sent here right after leaving the dr. They said they didn't have the antibiotics I needed and weren't going to be in for another 3 days. I ended up sending it to fry's instead. 0/10 and the lady at the counter was not understanding and rude.

This little pharmacy does about the same amount of prescriptions as the 24hr store and are only there 1/2 the time. With that In account, yes your line will be longer so grab your Starbucks coffee and meet some of your neighbors while you have to patiently wait in line. I absolutely love all the staff at this store, they treat me like family. I can review my meds online, pay for them online and if I don't plan on going out for a few days I can even get them mailed. Love it. I heard a customer giving them a hard time because her meds weren't ready: the lady said I got a text asking if I was going to pick them up and I said no, I'm on a trip. The system is not human and it just notices the word NO, so it told the staff to return them. Next time she should call and talk to a person and not a computer. The area where they hold all the meds waiting to be picked up is overcrowded and if you can't pick up in a timely manner, it's getting put back.

We spent two days for a prescription to be filled, only to receive text that the prescription needed for my husbands post-surgery pain was available at a CVS store in 50+ miles away. Naturally - we expected they were making arrangements to get the medication to our store. Oh no - after waiting another day for an update, I went to the pharmacy and was told "we don't have it" - nor did they have any intention of getting it from their sister store and of course, asking the doctors office if there was a potential substitute was out of the question! They were perfectly happy to send a text that essential told us "sucks to be you". Don't worry CVS - the area is growing quickly and I am sure competition will soon but just around the corner!

The pharmacist, Harleen, is by far the most unprofessional Healthcare Provider I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. CVS should really do a better job screening who they have working the front line when it comes to customers attempting to take care of their health. And by reading others experiences I am not the only one with this detestation

This is by far the best pharmacy I've ever been to, and I've been to many in several countries. Except for an exception periodically the staff is great and the lady pharmacist is knowledgeable, pleasant and she goes out of her way to be helpful. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

The pharmacist was condescending and hung up on me without saying goodbye or answering my final question. I was actually in the middle of speaking... And that was after waiting a long time on hold...Customer service and politeness are still key in my book!!

I have never used CVS Pharmacy but this is the worst experience ever. The automated system does not work. And you cannot get a Pharmacy Staff. I had to drive there to get my question answered. First and Last for me at this store.

The only reason I even give it 1 star is because of the young guy with long hair. He's the only one that knows what's going on. This is the worst CVS in the history of CVS. 45 mins to pick up a prescription when there were only 4 people in front of me. No one knows how to do anything because it's a constant rotation of new people. Transferring the last of my family's prescriptions to Walgreens now that I have insurance that doesn't require me to only use CVS.

This is the worst place i have ever went to as of lately i went in purcahsed three cases of water and then as i walked out the beeping i did not steal anything and the clerk came out demanding to see my purse first of all i asked them did you see me steal antyhing and the guy kept saying i only rang up food he just assumed i stole when i picked up one item the only thing i put in my purse was my card ... i am black so i feel like the alarm went off i can understand its not their fault but when you come at a customer who just purcahsed an item and you have no proof theres a way to go about it of course my husband cursed the little guy out and called him a name being he was demanding I open my purse my husabnd was like what are you gonna do he looked in my purse and then didnt see anything did not apologize and asked me to not return back when i did not steal anything so to the manager of CVS proove i stole something and apologize !! this is bad service i wish i could give a 0 this is unacceptable i will ban all CVS purchases because of this RACIAL PROFILING.

80% of the time it's a hassle. They dont communicate and always a line. Slow and dont have anything. But they do have alot of excuses
