Open time says 10...Its 10:15 and its closed! Put a sign up if your not gunna open in time. Not 1st time as read on reviews! Ill choose another location from now on.

Bad customer service from the “owner short Mexican” his employee Edgar set a better example then himself. Overall would not recommend this store, the owner is hungry for money.

They sucked the little short Mexican that I think is the manager is a thief and a liar. I bought a IPhone for $470 and a charger and a phone case, total was $525 and he didn't transfer my stuff from my old phone . He asked if I could come back the following day, so when I came back I decided not to get the phone. So the manager said he lost money and that he was only able to give me 470 back. So he ended robbing me $55 time to call better business bureau.

Customer service was not at all customer service manager was very rude and charged my card adding things I did not request and phone plan was not explained and ended up paying twice in same month due to owners communication skills.

The lady working here sucks at customer service. Asked way too many questions to the point where I just stopped replying. Couldn't even get me a good deal on a phone, screen protector or phone case. I bought 2 phones. I've been a loyal Customer for 9 years and it doesn't mean anything to them. They give better prices to other people but not the customers that have stood by their side. Annoyed. The advertised price is not for Cricket customers. We need to read the fine print for ours and pay way more. Thanks a lot

I've been working with this place for about 5 or 6 years now and have always had great customer service. Today I was helped by Reyna. She is a newer employee and helped with what I needed in a very good time frame. Thank you all for always helping with any issues I may have had.
