1115pm NA Female employee kept messin with me. I just want my products when I shop, im a veteran, a guest, you want to be friends? Give me the right energy.I had a camera on my key chain too, lady kept yellin at me like she didn't care. Where camera guests, good luck.Wish i didnt have to report this, but mane! Hopefully my kids dont have to deal with this..

I went in around 2 in the afternoon on New Years Eve and there was only one register open and I was very surprised by how the line moved very fast and was run very professionally and I asked the girl working the register what her name was and she said with a smile that her name was Stacey, and I told her that I wanted to know:because I felt that she was doing an outstanding job of moving the customers through the line and had a very pleasant attitude and I was very happy with the service I received. I live in the Verrado subdivision and I go there all the time and I have seen a lot of employees come and go at this convention store and that day was the best service I have had there and thank you Stacey for the excellent service I ever received at that location.

Clerk was EXTREMELY rude. Accused me of having an attitude. All she could do was tell how she could refuse me. You can get good customer service if you’re nice!!!! Her words. You don’t need people like her.

This review is of the lady working graveyard on Sunday night. She had a terrible attitude. She kept giving me dirty looks while processing my transaction, maybe because I interrupted her cigarette. I asked for the remainder of my cash to be put on a pump, but she just gave me the change instead. I guess she didn't want to sell me gas.

solid gas station experience. buzzballs in stock. but- DO NOT come here for premium gas unless you have like 10 extra minutes to spare. pump is so slow ?

This gas station is absolutely run into the ground, which is really sad, because there are very few options out this way. Tonight 2 gas pumps had bags on them indicating they were not functioning. Two other pumps said ‘pay inside’. The windshield cleaner buckets don’t have water. The ATM machine doesn’t work, and the soda machines are disgusting. It just seems like someone built it and then forgot it.

The gas station on the corner of verrado and I-10. What a dump! The staff look absolutely disheveled as if they just rolled out of bed. Most always a line because all the employees leave one person alone to man the register. It appears they have no restocking schedule, shelves and racks are most often empty or near empty.

Dirty, not well stocked, poor customer service. Especially the big guy whose name tag says Happy. He is everything but that. Food is expired, soda is flat, both happened during my last visit and my stomache is still paying for it. No choices close which is why we use this place but I will go out of way to go elsewhere.

Cashier was super rude, rang us up, bagged our stuff while we tapped to pay, put it on her side of the counter, way to the side of us, almost at the other register and then just HAD to have a conversation with the other cashier and didn’t acknowledge us further. We waited for a few seconds as there was a sizable line behind us and then I just reacted for our bad and said thank you loudly. She didn’t even turn and muttered thanks as we were already walking out. Bathrooms were clean, at least and great selection of pretty much everything, but the cashier was awful.

This is the slowest stop. There’s nothing fast about it. The employees look like they hate their job and half the time, the fuel pumps are out of order. QT will hopefully build in Verrado.
