Chase could not help my 81 year old mother sign on to Zelle. They apparently have their own version but still could not help her. They told her to write me a check. WTH? That is what we were trying to get away from. I heard the lady speaking to her with a condescending tone.

Visited today at 10:17 AM.. The bank supposedly opens at 9 AM according to the hours on the door. The outer door was open allowing for the use of the ATM machine, however the 2nd door was locked so I was not able to speak with the teller. If for whatever reason the bank cannot open at business hours, they should at least have a sign posted out on the outer door. There were about 5 cars outside waiting for them to open at the time.

Terrible customer service! I needed to get a letter notarized and they said I have to make an appointment witch is already ridiculous, then they said the next appointment was on Wednesday! It's Friday, 5 days to get a letter notarized? Absolutely ridiculous! Someone needs to retrain these people.

The snooty teller behind the counter is horrible to deal with. Alma looks at you like your worthless and beyond her. They won't cash a chase check written from a chase account. Have to deposit and wait two days. When the check clears I'm taking my money out and closing the account. Worthless people!

Service sucks here. They are always busy or understaffed . To open an account they will tell you to come back in 2 days. This location service is the worst and with online banks like ally and chime and many others with a lot less fees, their human interaction and customer service needs to be stepped up.
