Waited 9am to 930am. 3 tellers. Brief line for a few minutes. People sitting waiting for notary assistance.Finally, Delanie., supposedly a supervisor comes to do a notary. Very rude and says don't do Quit Claim Deeds. Said it's a free service. She mumbled something about they don't do any real estate notary, must go to title company.I called 3 Chase Banks in Goodyear and one on Watson Rd in Buckeye who said only 3 items won't notarize, Wills and Testsments, I9 and one other but they WILL notarize Quit Claim Deeds. They have for me before at this office.I put in a call to her Manager, Jose who is on vacation.Unacceptable! She is awful!Getting Quit Claim notarized at Chase Bank on Watson Rd at 3pm.If she is a notary for Chase she needs to follow their policy!!!

The notarized lady is so rude, I called to ask questions and she was being rude the whole time. No wonder this place is always so empty, I never had no issues with any other chase bank beside this one.

Go to ANY other bank. A CHASE check and they charge $10 for non customers. CHASE bank is a joke and waste of time. Avoid downtown buckeye branch at all cost. Scum bags

If I'm told one more time that no one is able to help me with my accounts because of COVID-19 I'm going to scream.Customer for over 20 years. Have 4 accounts. My visa was used 2 times this week FOR FRAUD. I understand it's Saturday but I call the fraud number and I am told they are unavailable and to CALL BACK AT A LATER TIME.Then when I do get ahold of them they pull the we are short staffed because of COVID-19.
