The worst experience ever. I thought things were being handled worked w them since 2020. They are Always late filing or even forgetting to file now I’m having to deal w penalty fees and when reaching out to Lane no response. Said they mailed things and in reality they sat at the assistants desk. They are definitely not staying on top of things losing documents, etc . This years taxes were incorrect a big indicator when I was told I owed $7,000 over what already is taking out of my paychecks! I had to have someone else look over everything to get it done correctly, and no I didn’t owe anything!

First off people leaving salty reviews when they haven't even been a customer that long here is funny . But I've had zero issues with my taxes here and neither has my friends or family . Lane and Holly and their assistant have been the best help and tax people I have ever had . I recommend them to literally everyone I come across . Taxes are pretty complicated sometimes no matter if it's business or personal and they make it easy and do it the right way. They don't charge ridiculous fees and con you out of hard earned money like most other places. To bag on this place you must be out of your mind . The only reason it would be complicated is if you made it complicated, I can't believe I was blessed enough to find these amazing tax people . They are the best people I have ever met .

Had my taxes done here this past tax season and I'm usually the guy who does them myself but the assistants and accountants here made it 10x easier. They were very helpful and consistent with my time.

Roger Brown was my CPA when I lived in AZ for 11 years and he is amazing. I simply cant find anyone that I can find that is no where near as accurate and amazing as he is. I moved out of AZ to another state and sadly I didn't have him do my taxes which was a huge mistake on my part. Now I fear the people that did do my taxes did them incorrectly . I have learned my lesson that even though I do not live in AZ I am having Roger Brown do my taxes next year and I know I wont have any issues. Anyone who does not have Roger Brown do their taxes is making a huge mistake. I know I did but I'm coming back. Please do not make the same mistake that I did by leaving . He is truly amazing. They always looked out for us. When we moved to Montana the new accountant in Montana was amazed at how much they new about tax law and got back for us. So happy we moved back to Arizona just to go through them again. Even though we drive an hour, it is worth it. They also helped out a friend I referred. Excellent service and great people.
