Teller Felix is rude and unprofessional. I waited my turn in line and then had me step aside and told me to come at a later time because he had customer in line. I am a customer and I need help. What is the priority in one customer waiting in line vs the other. Because I was first, I was being taken care of and what? I asked one too many questions? I don’t believe there is a limit in questions. Besides my visit didn’t take longer than mins. Felix is rude and seems to not fit in the BMO professional style.

A great waste of time. Went in the first time and spent 2 hours filling out paperwork and getting a profile set up. Then Was told we would have everything ready to sign when we came back in. We have now wasted 2 and a half hours to open a bank account and have the privilege of going back a third time because they are constantly having issues.

This Branch doesn't take phone calls unless you know "your party's extension" or you know the name of the person you deal with. I rarely visit in person so I don't know any one by name. So other than going in person how can I ask a question?

The branch manager looked up my information. I waited a week for my appointment with him. I asked H the day before if he had everything he needed and he said yes. I go down thinking I'm opening up my business account and he finds something on my articles of organization that prevents me from opening it up right now. He should of told me that last week when he said he had everything he needed. Unorganized and unprofessional. Thank you for wasting my time I took off work to come and do this. I'm not mad about not being able to open up an account. I'm mad my time was completely wasted and I had to take off work.

Worst customer service ever! I've been banking here for years. I have never had any problems. All of a sudden I get this mysterious account fee monthly maintenance fee. In order to get it removed you have to jump through hoops. Manager Jesse Salgado is absolutely not helpful whatsoever will not return calls nor emails does not get back to you. Not family oriented.Jesse was Rude with my wife via email and on the phone. If you do not have a large sum of money with this bank, they will not help you. They look at you as being insignificant and could care less if you close your accounts or not. My family and are NOT one of these problem customers that over draw our accounts or cause problems for the tellers, we are a quiet family that never causes trouble. If we could pull our accounts right now ,we would. We miss Brandon Melo. I'm not sure the other branches are this way it might be just this one.

This bmo always looks down on my for my account information and check sizes. They are always very rude even though every time I'm kind to them. I've tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but every time they look down on me and are rude. I wouldn't recommend this bmo unless you want to be talked down on. The bmo on Litchfield and camel back however is great and I would definitely recommend them.

I have been at this bank since it opened (2008) as M&I bank, subsequently became BMO. It is the best banking experience that I have had at any bank for 50 plus years. You are not just a number, they actually call you by name. The staff is friendly very helpful and have always called me by name. I might make 1 or 2 trips a month to the bank and still they remember me. One day in a retail establishment one of the staff saw me and came over to say hello - that is what a bank should feel like. It has the feel of a small town bank but is a relatively large international bank.

Great location, friendly staff. Been with this bank for around 6 years and have had no issues. Love this location.

Sort of an old school feel when you walk in. Some of the staff have been around so long they know everyone by name and are knowledgeable if you have questions.
