“Really busy location. Easy to find and right off the freeway. I was in the area to hike and had to make a quick deposit and this location was close. They have a drive up atm and the parking lot was packed so I decided to use it. There was one car in front of me, but it was quickly my turn. It was before noon and the atm was telling me it wasn't accepting deposits for whatever reason. Bummer, but not a real issue. I found a parking spot around the back and walked in to find it very clean and open layout. I was pleased to see a walk up atm right inside which is great for the hotter months. I quickly made my transaction and was on my way.”

“I have been at this bank since it opened (2008) as M&I bank, subsequently became BMO. It is the best banking experience that I have had at any bank for 50 plus years. You are not just a number, they actually call you by name. The staff is friendly very helpful and have always called me by name. I might make 1 or 2 trips a month to the bank and still they remember me. One day in a retail establishment one of the staff saw me and came over to say hello - that is what a bank should feel like. It has the feel of a small town bank but is a relatively large international bank.”

“I stteped in yesterday because I had lost my wallet with my debit, businesz and credit cards, Hannah helped me cancel the cards, order new cards, set up google pay, withdraw cash, everything in a few minutes, that would have taken me hours on the phone. I'd really would like to praise this young teller fir her patience, help and understanding and wish her the best in her job. Thanks!!!”
