“I have been at this bank since it opened (2008) as M&I bank, subsequently became BMO. It is the best banking experience that I have had at any bank for 50 plus years. You are not just a number, they actually call you by name. The staff is friendly very helpful and have always called me by name. I might make 1 or 2 trips a month to the bank and still they remember me. One day in a retail establishment one of the staff saw me and came over to say hello - that is what a bank should feel like. It has the feel of a small town bank but is a relatively large international bank.”
