This is a repost because they tried to be slick with having two different pages with one rating 3.0 and the other one at 2. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!!! Yesterday around 10:20am, I went to cash my check and despite that my wife and I got a joint account with them, the teller said they couldn't cash my check due to \\\"funds are not available\\\".... this check is from the department of Treasury...a government check. So I asked the teller if deposit, when the funds would be available? She was fumbling words then the other teller said \\\"the next business day\\\" I said ok cool, signed and obtain my receipt. So last night while working, I received an email stating my check is on hold and the fund will be available on MARCH 9....next Thursday! One thing for certain, they lie to their customers to get them out of the branch. If she would gave the disclaimer that it may hold for a week, I could have went to a PLS and cash my check. Nope! None of that. As soon as our funds be available (direct deposit, income refund, etc) next week, we are closing our account and move on.

You would think with hours changing to be open on Saturday you would be able to get help when it's convenient for you. Check again, they refuse to help you without an appointment. My husband and I work all week long, as most families do, and the weekend is our time to get things done. I've been with BOFA for 13 years, I'm highly considering changing banks at this point. Poor service on site, great service over the phone to the 800 number.

Wish I could give less than one star. BofA customer for over 24 years and this Branch is by far the worst I've experienced. Customer service is slow and not helpful. Condescending remarks by the dark haired teller. Wish this wasn't my neighborhood Branch.

Worst customer service experience! I will never be using Bank of America for anything in the future. Save yourself the time and frustration and bank else where!

Absolutely the worst bank ever always one teller stand in line for over 30 minutes every time. People work they open at 9 close at 4 who the hell can get there on those hours !!! Social distancing and their damn drive up isn't even open. Stood here 5 minutes they turned 12 people away. No rating !!

This branch should just close. They give wrong information and there is only 1 teller always. There is always a line and the service is horrible. I hate banks.

Wish I could give you less than 1 star. Worst bank I've been to. Incredibly long wait because there is only one teller. No idea why there was only one teller when there was 10+ people in line for a long time. Teller was very rude, just kind of stared at me after I told her what I wanted to do. Didnt tell me really what I needed to do, just expected me to know. It was my first time doing what I did. Didn't even bother to say acknowledge the transaction was done. If this wasnt my primary bank I wouldnt have bothered coming in. Will definitely go to another Bank of America over this one if I have to deposit money again. Overall terrible experience.

Very slow...one teller with line out the door...20+ customers in line...manager too worried about closing up the bank to get to the line and help customers...I'm glad I don't have to come back here...as I typically bank with Wells Fargo....good luck...
