The other day I was in line waiting to make a purchase and then I overheard an associate name Elijah deliberately tell the man in front of me at the register to "kill himself"???? Oh my goodness I was so shocked at the customer service being offered at this store and that that's what the employees at this store/company are being taught and allowed to treated customers like this! I am baffled and in distress to have witnessed this! Never in my life woukd I have thought it'd have to see something to uncomfortable like that!! I hope the managers teach Elijah how to better his customer service because that was unbelievable. I will definitely not be shopping here again!!!

Everytime I come in to get something I always leave upset. This location literally has the wrong price on some items and expect people to pay system price... I swear it's always like this if your tagged at 12 and the computer is saying 27 there's obviously a problem especially if it's also the same 12 on the website..

If I could give zero stars I would. Honestly, this company and its employees are the worst. Went to the location on Miller who only had 2 people working... it was early afternoon. I needed a new battery, which they sold me along with the associated "required" items for them to install. Then they said, sorry, we can't install it because we only have 2 people working today. Can you drive over to the Watson location and they can install it? ? weird - since I needed the new battery to drive. So they charged it and sent me on my way. Stating they were calling them to tell them I was on the way.When I arrived at the Watson location, I went in and told them who I was... I got blank stares. Then they proceeded to tell me that since I purchased it at a different location they couldn't install it. What the actual F? They called the Miller location and they said they never sent anyone.I said, okay, fine... I'll return it all. And then they wouldn't help me get the battery out of my car. I am a petite woman 5'2" and 99 lbs... I struggled to bring it inside, returned it, and left.This is my 2nd horrible experience with AZ... the first was last year when the sold me a defective alternator twice.Take my advice... do not shop at AZ in Buckeye. They hire complete idiots who don't know anything and they could care less about customer service and retention.I would rather go ANYWHERE ELSE!!

There's too much Socializing with their Bros..Take Care of the people that make Your PayCheck... First! Don't Stop what You're doing to Talk to Your Home Bois!! They were pretty Busy at this time! This is why I will Drive to O'REILLYS!! They are Alot more Professional with Respect to their Customers which make You Be able to have hrs of Employment!!

This auto zone is awesome the staff are the best including the manager, this my story went to another auto zone on Indian school & jackrabbit and the manager at that store was very rude and totally unhelpful went there because of a bad battery which was originally put in by auto zone and he told me first we don’t do batteries at night ( company policy) and so I told him that my battery was completely DEAD he also told me that on top of my battery there is another connection box on top of battery that he said he would not touch that but if I came back tomorrow one of the employees might do it clearly did not want to do his job so I called this location and they told me to come to their location and I could not believe the difference in service ALL THE EMPLOYEES THERE WERE AWESOME 5 STARS

It will be a gray IDEA IF YOUR MANAGER. Places a sing at the DOOR letting customer know your store doesn't accept CASH!!!! OR. BILL HIGHER THAN $20 ...the same way you ask Card or Cash. Teach or train you employee to ask or say I bill over $20 inst ad of wasting. Time ....picking stuff waiting. On line. So at then end you cant accept the cash...in med afternoon is ridiculous...Is not the first timeI usually pay with my card and it happend that I dild not had it with me so convinced I can pay with cash I walk in....

I bought over $170 dollars of basic maintenance items the other day. One of the boxes the sales guy gave me was a old filter box half open, I asked if everything was in it... and he said everything was in it..what do I know I'm an electrician.. so I purchased everything. I found out something was missing, it was old and it was not the right part..so when I go back to this store.. I'm received like I stole something.. so I returned everything.. and told them to keep the wrong part.. This AutoZone has made me a believer " customer service is a thing of the past"! I will go online.! and when in a tight spot to its competition.

Terrible service, Johnathan the PSM decided to ignore me at the counter for asking for a price match.FYI Autozone does price match all box stores listed in Znet with same in-store products.The fact that this person doesn't know this and does not respect the customers is embarrassing. I hope Juan the store manager or Jose the DM educate this employee on how to take care of the customer and know what's offered by the company.
