Purchased a battery for my work truck last year. Came back to Auto Zone on Watson in Buckeye. Juan Garcia the store Manager pulled my Warranty, replaced my battery and I was on the road in minutes. Thank you Mr Garcia. Great Customer Service!

They had a part for my bumper and a guy helped us find them God was very educated about what kind of push pins we needed for underneath the car so I was happy

BEWARE 0 Stars or less The Very worst AutoZone store that exists
I called for a part the 1st gentleman was very polite and gave me a part number and $128.99 price when I called the next morning 3; different employees tried telling me that part number was incorrect and the part I needed was over $200
I called 3 other AutoZone's and got the same part number and the original $128.99 price
When I called this AutoZone they tried telling me that part number didn't exist I finally got a manager to admit the part number was correct and so was the original price
BEWARE THIS AUTOZONE ARE THIEVES GO TO ANOTHER STORE AT ALL COST BETTER YET JUST GO TO NAPA I GOT THE SAME PRICE AND WARRANT WITH NO LIES

The other day I was in line waiting to make a purchase and then I overheard an associate name Elijah deliberately tell the man in front of me at the register to "kill himself"???? Oh my goodness I was so shocked at the customer service being offered at this store and that that's what the employees at this store/company are being taught and allowed to treated customers like this! I am baffled and in distress to have witnessed this! Never in my life woukd I have thought it'd have to see something to uncomfortable like that!! I hope the managers teach Elijah how to better his customer service because that was unbelievable. I will definitely not be shopping here again!!!

Everytime I come in to get something I always leave upset. This location literally has the wrong price on some items and expect people to pay system price... I swear it's always like this if your tagged at 12 and the computer is saying 27 there's obviously a problem especially if it's also the same 12 on the website..

If I could give zero stars I would. Honestly, this company and its employees are the worst. Went to the location on Miller who only had 2 people working... it was early afternoon. I needed a new battery, which they sold me along with the associated "required" items for them to install. Then they said, sorry, we can't install it because we only have 2 people working today. Can you drive over to the Watson location and they can install it? ? weird - since I needed the new battery to drive. So they charged it and sent me on my way. Stating they were calling them to tell them I was on the way.When I arrived at the Watson location, I went in and told them who I was... I got blank stares. Then they proceeded to tell me that since I purchased it at a different location they couldn't install it. What the actual F? They called the Miller location and they said they never sent anyone.I said, okay, fine... I'll return it all. And then they wouldn't help me get the battery out of my car. I am a petite woman 5'2" and 99 lbs... I struggled to bring it inside, returned it, and left.This is my 2nd horrible experience with AZ... the first was last year when the sold me a defective alternator twice.Take my advice... do not shop at AZ in Buckeye. They hire complete idiots who don't know anything and they could care less about customer service and retention.I would rather go ANYWHERE ELSE!!
