“We had great service from West Valley Tire. We had a rental car that had a tire with a not so slow leak and took it in to get the tire repaired. It turned out that the tire was beyond repair and had already had several patches in it and we were told that it wasn’t safe to drive. The shop ordered a tire and stayed after hours to wait for the tire and get it installed for us. Above and beyond service!”

“Greatful for this little place. Always great honest service and reliable. Little guy doesnt talk much very reserved but im not much of a talker or entertainer but he gets job done. Since I've relocated here from Avondale I have to start over and find reliable good people. It's not fancy with a big nice billboard or a nice fancy seating area. It REAL, GOOD, HONEST work on vechile when you need. So glad we have. My family has had plenty of flats fixed. Hubby's truck and trailers and I with my Ford explorer.

“Breakmasters never fails to take care of me! Today I worked with Jim to help me with my vehicle AC/oil change/ and break fluid flush. At first I just got my oil changed and break fluid flushed because my car was doing that thing that kids do, where you take it to the Dr (or in this case, the mechanic) and it doesn’t act sick for them. Jim was super understanding and told me when it acts up again to bring it back so we could get a proper diagnosis. Sure enough a few hours later my car was acting poorly and my AC was blowing hot hot hot. It was actually cooler in the 111° heat to roll down the windows. I called Break Masters and Jim remembered me and my situation and told me to come right on down. They were busy but I told Jim I left the car running so it didn’t reset it self so that we could catch the error. He took my car right into a bay and had his team get to work. They diagnosed the issue quickly! The quote I got was literally thousands less than I was expecting for worst case scenario and hundreds less than my best case scenario in my mind. My car was fixed and thin an hour or so and Jim had it ready and pulled to the front when I got there. I was also able to laugh and joke with the gentlemen inside and the whole staff was nice. I also asked for an explanation on some work I had done and Jim was happy to break it down in a way I understood. He kindly answered all of my questions without “mansplaning” and I was comfortable as a woman in there knowing I wasn’t being taken advantage of. I have been well taken care of at this location multiple times and I will be a loyal customer for years to come! Luckily for Break Masters, I like to attempt my own repairs and then royally mess things up and have to hire a mechanic to bail me out. Look forward to seeing everyone during my next oil change! Thank you for being honest, affordable, and kind!”
