“A little over a month ago my wife was rear-ended on the i-10 and no other shops that the insurance recommended had openings. I was a little worried at first about using j and g but im sure glad we chose them. They went above and beyond on my wife's orange explorer matching the color perfectly which can be difficult with metallic colors. I can't thank them enough for the work they did amazing job andi would 10/10 highly recommend them looks can be deceiving but choose this shop and you will be mind blown with the results.Services: Painting”

“I called about a battery and talked to Daniel. I asked if it was possible they lift/carry the battery's for me. He said no problem so when I went I loosened the battery so it would be ready.I walked in and asked for Daniel. He grabbed the battery straight away and took it to the car. He did the lifting, I tightened everything. Then we went in and I paid for it.It was the quickest battery replacement ever.”

“Let me start off with my tail light was out in my Volkswagen Passat. I took the lightbulb out and went into the AutoZone on Indian school Road and 196th Ave. in Verrado I try to match the bulb that was in my vehicle to the one in AutoZone, however the gentleman there, Josh .R noticed it was a Walmart lightbulb, and he was able to help and assist me with replacing it, problem fixed! I then asked if he could check the code for the check engine light he looked up the codes and after talking it over with his co worker Lukas which also was a great deal of help it turns out it was a battery issue I bought a battery and problem fixed! As I was checking out Josh R asked if there was anything else he could help me with so I started to ask him about a problem I was having with my son’s car and I went home brought his car back and after testing a few things his battery was bad and the alternator was bad Josh R was definitely determined in finding all the right parts and at a great price? There needs to be more employees and people like him in this world!! Because of the knowledge and great service I will continue to do business with this AutoZone.”

“This auto zone is awesome the staff are the best including the manager, this my story went to another auto zone on Indian school & jackrabbit and the manager at that store was very rude and totally unhelpful went there because of a bad battery which was originally put in by auto zone and he told me first we don’t do batteries at night ( company policy) and so I told him that my battery was completely DEAD he also told me that on top of my battery there is another connection box on top of battery that he said he would not touch that but if I came back tomorrow one of the employees might do it clearly did not want to do his job so I called this location and they told me to come to their location and I could not believe the difference in service ALL THE EMPLOYEES THERE WERE AWESOME 5 STARS”

“They're pretty helpful here and usually pretty attentive to their customers, the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because stock on items that I buy all the time is very hit and miss. I know that's not completely their fault but it's been an ongoing struggle for a couple years now and I would hope at some point they would work out supply chain issues instead of just letting them go.”
