absolutelly horrible experience. I decided to switch to AT&T after T-Mobile sold me service which dont work in Buckeye, not in 85326 zip code.I called AT@T and talked to Denise. Based on our phone conversation I went to the office very next day.Denise sold me plan for $65.00 a month, she confirmed the plan and the amount several times on my request. In the office was manager present ( Malik ? and Chelsey )When I got my first bill from AT&T I could not believe my eyes, they put me on a plan for over $90.00 a month. I tried to call office on Watson , but suddenly Malik and Denise were not available to talk.They will also try to “ give you IPhone 15 on us “ at sharply discounted price. But in reality one MUST STAY with AT&T for 3 years, otherwise your IPhone 15 will be locked and you cant use it ( even if you pay the discounted amount ab front ) All what they are doing - trying to sell you service and lock you into plan for 3 years, they do not care about customers. I must add : AT&T service in Buckeye is very far from perfect, many times a day calls are dropping. But they will not inform you about it of course. I am going back to Verizon.STAY AWAY from this office, but in case you still decide to get AT&T - you MUST request your plan information in writing, get written contract. But remember - AT&T service do not cover properly 85326.

Worst service ever I had a bad accident and I didn't even had service to call 911 until someone came up with a Verizon phone and I took about an hour to get an ambulance because of these bad service.

I was trying to get the new phone and a girl named Bri answered, she really didn't know much what she was doing but she was interested in helping since she asked someone who looked like a handler who called himself Jerry or maybe that's what I was told. He said when I asked for his name for a review, this worker really did not have a good salesman attitude and did not want to help at all I hope they pay more attention to their customers because this was the worst AT&T that I have visited since I have had my service with the same

The buckeye AZ store!!Awesome, people at this store very helpful... the store manager was awesome answers all our question and was very helpful.I will use this location when buying new accessories and or a new phone…Thank youHappy customer.

Quick to make the sale but terrible with customer service. Switched from Verizon to AT&T. Had no service for three days on my old phone waiting for a new phone for my wife. Decided to cancel and go back to Verizon. The people at the AT&T store would not cancel the application. Had to call customer service to do so. Five days later, dozens of phone calls and still could not cancel. Also were told by the store that we had to ship the new phone, still in the UPS box back to where it was shipped from. That meant calling AT&T customer again to get a return postage ticket for the box. Mean while my credit card was chargers for the tax on the new phone and AT&T charges my credit card for a month of service even though the new phone was never activated and the application was finally cancelled. AT&T has three levels of their stores in the field for service. We happened to fall into an AT&T VAR (value added Retailer) cell store which is a store that sells all brands of cell phones but is responsible for nothing. If you went to another AT&T store for anything that related to the sale at the first store, they could not help you because they cannot access your account as we were told. Anyway it was one of the worst experiences from start to finally the finish.

I had an issue with my phone. And one of the customer care, representative helped me with it by the name of Skylee. I hope I spelled your name right.But she was so honest with me and helped me in every way. I didn’t need to get a new phone. And she also give me some advice on my bill and had saved me some money.To be honest she could have not cared and just me another phone. All I can say is she is honest and generally cares about the customers. And for that I will be coming back here if I ever want to get a new phone or whatever it may be.Again thank you ?.

I had the best experience yesterday with Faith; She is amazingly sweet and was so helpful throughout my entire experience at this store! She helped me upgrade to the IPhone14 pro and I love it :) I had originally went in for a screen protector so I wasn’t expecting to leave with a new phone but my expectations were most definitely exceeded!

My husband and I have had AT&T for 3 years and never had issues until we arrived at this store. We came for a trade in September for 2 phones and purchased an accessory. All seemed good and well until we received the first bill, and it was over 500 dollars. We had to go to this store multiple times to get the problems solved with the bill, as well as calling customers service. To this day, they are still charging 4 lines they did nothing but give "credit." Then, once again, to try and get this resolved speaking to the manager Jay, he clearly stated to me that I was upset for not being able to pay my bill. I am upset about having 2 unauthorized lines to my account.

Went in monday morn , met with Faith, she got us hooked up with 3 new lines with top tier phones at minimum prices. Was blow away with her customer service and professionalism all i can say is A+ Faith , there was also another guy that helped us too , i forgot his name , but same to you A+ man, ill recommend this store any day. I originally switched from tmobile, in the 20 years at tmobile i had better customer service in the 1st 5 mins at this store. Thanx a million !

Not the greatest experience. Will never go to the store again. No listening skills. Not the greatest customer service, which seems to be the biggest issue in today’s society, especially in Buckeye at many restaurants and stores, for some special reason. I went into the store, to look at devices. My plan was changed, to a plan that will save money, which is always a good thing. Before I went in the store, I was able to upgrade with installment plans. Whatever happened afterwards, I am now unable to upgrade with installment plans, unless I go in the store. Talking to a representative on the phone today, informing him that this was my only issue. however, I was asked if I was ready to handle the upgrade and informed on how long I would have to wait. Ultimately, after explaining to him, what the issue was three times, Towards the end of the call, my question was not answered, any help, go figure. My encouragement to you all, please go to the Goodyear store or any stores in Phoenix. At least, you will have people who will actually listen and try to help with understanding whatever issues you have.I was told Saturday, this particular AT&T store in Buckeye was one of the best in Phoenix, and they have a “Belt” to show that they’re the best….yeah, y’all might want to take that belt away and give it to a store that’s more deserving of it.

I normally don’t leave reviews but the service I received was unique. The salesman, I believe his name was jay, was extremely helpful in helping myself and my household upgrade to the new iPhones. He made it quick, was able to give us all the accessories, and set us up with a payment plan that we can afford. Typical service but all in 15 mins, incredible. I hate going into these cell stores because they always end up taking hours. It’s not pulling teeth, thank you once more jay and highly recommended the store

I drove all the way from LA to upgrade my phone and plan. I have been an ATT customer since they bought my plan from Cingular and this is the best store and the best experience I have ever had. Jai Deep was amazing and very patient with me and my son. Superb customer service! I wish there were more than 5 Stars!!!! Thank you Jai Deep!

Eric and Ali took INSANE care of me not only did they upgrade me from a galaxy S4 to a galaxy S22!!! Because of a promotion I was able to squeak out if there with no monthly payment on my new phone! Definitely pop in and ask these two gentleman if they have a deal for you! These guys didn’t complain for a second when I asked them my millions of questions and basically had them walk me through it. I don’t usually get the positive attitudes and faces I saw walking into AT&T today throughout my shopping experiences is telling of their management hiring the right people for the job, knowledge is power and kindness is key. These two guys are going places, thank you again for making my experience at AT&T better. We’ve had our differences in the past but sometimes one good interaction can save a customer.
