One of the worst experiences we could of had. Went in because my phone was having issues making calls or getting service and wanted to get my Sim swapped. The person helping me agreed and was about to do it until someone walked over and overruled his decision (manager maybe?) He pushed for us to take it to Assurion instead without listening to us. He then started asking us about our HBO Max usage (what the f?) And generally did not care about our phone issue. We left the store only to get this wonderful text that THEY SIGNED US UP FOR SOMETHING WITHOUT OUR CONSENT?? Simply amazing. To top it all off the Assurion tech ran diagnostics and said we did need a new Sim which of course WE KNEW and ended up going to a different ATT store to get it done. This store was the worst of the worst for us, and I'm incredibly mad. Thanks for wasting my time, being rude, and signing us up for services we didn't need while literally refusing to apply the fix we knew it needed in the first place. You make me want to expand my vocabulary to find new words to describe how bad you were at your jobs today. Trash.

Went to just browse around for a phone as I wasn’t sure what I wanted to purchase. Richmond was very attentive as I entered the store. He answered all questions my mother and I had and was very helpful on my switch from another network to AT&T. Though I was hesitant, due to the concerns of costs, Richmond assured me of the no hidden fees and clarified all that was included in my contract. Very appreciative of your assistance.

They are very knowledgeable and efficient here. Best customer service I’ve received with AT&T. Richmond was also very kind enough to follow up the next day to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this location.

Great environment, as soon as I walked in was greeted and helped. Employees made me and my family feel welcomed and walked out with some great electronics for the family and great service! Would highly recommend stopping by if in need of AT&T Services or New Devices!

Went into the store after abad few days . The 3 gentlemen and a female were so helpful and calming. The store manger helped fix my phone after purchasing an iPhone 14 from Costco. The Costco people were not helpful at all. But this group got my phone working and I appreciate it. A big thanks to all of you.

The moment my son I walked in we were greeted with smiles from Sage & Jessica. They answered all our questions and were able to give us quality service included with a comedy show. These women were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting every discount and service that met my needs. I appreciate great customer service and these women went above that level and provided outstanding service. Thanks for everything! we’ll be coming to this location from now on.

Went to this store looking to get additional information on switching over from my current carrier to AT&T and I was helped by an incredible very helpful associate by the name of Jessica. She is very patient professional and very damn good at her job. I was on my lunch break and had to go back to work but I’ll be working with her on switching over my entire family plan over to AT&T. Thank you Jessica you are the absolute best! Keep up the amazing work!
